Maddening trying to order one of the deals on the insert that came to our home. Done in the app, to our account, and through scanning all failed to place our order at the advertised price.

There was one single server running the store at the time of my order. This server spoke very broken English, and did not understand orders. One of my sandwiches was missing ingredients, was not toasted, and was not prepared in a timely manner. The app said my order was ready, and it wasn't even being built yet. I don't expect one person to move heaven and earth, but c'mon Subway... Hire more than one person to run a store..

Ordered a foot long online and picked up said order only to see ingredients I didn’t order were on the sandwich. Came back with receipt and olives I didn’t ask for were on the sandwich AGAIN. There’s a difference between Jalapeños and Olives. Don’t recommend this location at all.

Only Vicente makes the very best subs I have ever had. She is always friendly and very courteous I would highly recommend anyone to go there it is really worth the wait.They really have nice clean tables to dine in if you care to do that.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The absolute worst customer service ever and the worst food quality. The lady working there today lacks common food handling knowledge and has no regards of cleanliness. She was on the phone the whole time while taking my order touching her phone and face with her gloves on. Had to tell her to change her gloves before proceeding to make my food. I ordered something off their featured menu still manages to make it incorrectly when callled out on it she gets upset I decided to leave because I was not going to give my money to a business who cares nothing about their customer experience. Needles to say the manager or owner was there listening the whole time and not once batted and eye which leads me to believe this is not the first time they’ve done this

I work just down the street and place my orders through the app before I walk over to the restaurant. I've probably done this at least a dozen times now. I have not once had a bad experience with this subway but my experience today easily outclasses the experience I've had at any other subway and probably any other restaurant.Normally music in a location isn't to my taste but they were playing a classic rock station and I loved it (except for the part where I learned Nirvana is now classic rock ;~;)The general experience with online orders is you walk in, grab your finished sandwich and eat it wherever you please; I sit at one of the tables in the subway, quietly eat my sandwich, clean up and leave almost every weekday.I don't usually talk to the employees. I try to make their lives as easy as possible; I'm not a loud speaker so I order through the app. But they're starting to recognize me. One even wrote my name in larger letters on the bag my sandwich was in. That was much appreciated; even more so was the smiley face drawn under my name. It's been a relatively average day for me but that gesture brightened it up immensely.At first I didn't notice the larger name on the bag so I was trying to look at the receipt to see if it was mine. The employee behind the counter spoke up and said "Hi, [name]. That one is yours." With an extra friendly smile.10/10 experience. Will continue eating sandwiches here.Vegetarian options: They offer salads and veggie subsKid-friendliness: It's a subway. The only thing *not* kid friendly is the veggies you can put on your sub (at least in their eyes)Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is at sidewalk level with no stairs. No auto door though.

This store is amazing!! We had problems with a gift card not working. The woman working tried so hard to make it work. Even tho it didn't work they honored it. Great customer service!!

What's up with Subways prices. Very high. They charged me $15.00 for a sandwich that was forgettable. No herbs & cheese on the bread. Bread was undersized.
