I brought my car in but didn't get a full diagnosis but was told I needed parts. (they never took off the door panel) I was expecting a call but never got one so I called back and was told it would be the next day. I never got a call again. I was charged $100 for the diagnosis and said I needed a part. I was told I would get a call later that day. No call, so I called back and said it will have to wait until tomorrow. I waited again, and no call. Eventually I just stopped calling. It's been 7 days now and I think they just forgot about me.

I have been a client of this shop for more than an year now and I recommend their service. I just drive in and I am sorted. They fixed my jeep Patriot transmission and it has been more than an year now.The best mechanics around and their prices are very friendly.

I’m glad I found this place, my car engine light went on and they took me right in to diagnose my car with a scanner to read/ trouble shoot what was causing the engine light to come on. It turned out my sensor needed replaced but the part was not in so they had to order the sensor which would not arrive until 3pm. Instead having me wait until 3pm they gave me a van loaner so I can finish some of my errands. Now that’s what I call great customer service they didn’t have provide me a car loaner but they did and appreciate them for allowing me borrow there van so I didn’t have to wait and continue with my errands. When car was ready they called me to come pick it up. I was impressed that they got my car fixed the same day with a reasonable price and provided me a car loaner. This is what call an above and beyond excellent customer service. I will come here again for all my auto repair needs rather than the dealer. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family members. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service it is much appreciated and pleasure getting top notch auto service. Imelda

He said he would driving my car around to test the new brake's noise done by T-auto previously, but he didn't know my car has tracker inside, and I saw he parked my car next to The Pho restaurant nearby at lunch time. After that he went back and said
everything was ok, the new brake that T auto done is still making noise until now even he quoted me more expensive than Les Schwab. Very drama and depression.

I cannot say enough good things about T Auto! I was quoted nearly $8,000 in repairs by Firestone in Burien, and thankfully decided to get a second opinion — and I’m so glad I did.

These guys were pretty solid. After calling a ton of places, T-Auto got me in last minute and had my lights fixed within a couple days. Decent turnout and not terribly expensive. If something breaks again, I'd probably go back

I was pleased with T Auto Repair ,diagnosed my car correctly and repaired it and now my car drives great with no issues and better gas milage . I WILL RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO MY WHOLE FAMILY AND FRIENDS, Low cost and very honest , they been around for over 20 years , they fix everything...I will be back for sure if my car needs repairs .
