Rented a 10 ft truck for several hours on 5/17/25. Straightforward service, nice staff, no issues. Note that they do not have parking on site if you need to leave your car behind but there's plenty of street parking around. Only mentioning it in case it's important to someone. Will definitely use them again if needed. Thank you.
Edit to add that the gas caps do not lock as it was also mentioned in another review. Again, not an issue for our use, but may be important to someone needing to leave the truck unattended. We took photos and video of the truck, mileage, and gas gauge before we left the lot as we do with any rental.

Stay away from this place if you want a hitch installed. Absolutely worst customer service. I made an appointment (based on their availability). When I showed up, the guy said two hours for installation. They have no place to wait. I had to walk to nearby Starbucks. I didn’t b receive any calls or update from them for three hours. When I returns three hours later, my car was in the exact spot I had left them. They didn’t not call me to let me know it was going to take longer. What is the point of making an appointment if you are not going take my car around that time? If you get delayed from previous appointments, how hard is it to call the customer for 30 seconds and let them know?

I wasn't able to update my uhaul site review, just wanted to say they handled the payment correctly even though they need locking gas caps on their trucks. They reversed the charges after someone siphoned gas overnight, staff on hand didn't check in the truck properly either.
At the end of the day, charges reflect what should've been. Appreciate it.

We had made our reservation at the uhaul at 2400 1st ave s in seattle. I have the reservation confirmation but the woman I dealt with was horrible. I even triple checked because I could tell this location might be a night mare. We went to pickup and we're told our reservation was in burien. We made the reservation in seattle for mileage. The lady denied making the reservation and then acknowledged she was the one that made the reservation. No apologies just $30.00 in additional mileage and an hour wasted. I will never use your service again. Keanon at your Burien location was excellent.

Nothing good whatsoever! People were rude. No A/C on a hot day. Biden was in town, which shut down lots of roads making the would be short trip take twice+ the distance. Got charged a late fee on top of the extra mileage fee… why couldn’t you just take the money when it was due? Just so you could charge me extra? Unprofessional in every way. Will 100% advocate against this store x1000

Had a reservation for my second haul but when I arrived, the attendant was rude and expected me to know where the vehicle was just by giving me the keys. On top of very bad service, the vehicle I got was very bad. The truck doesn't want to shift gears and won't go pass 40 mph. Really disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience with them.
