This has been a terrible experience. A month after I switched my information had been stolen from the banks own system. Then someone tried to make a fraudulent charge. They caught it, and cancelled my card. I went in to get a new one, and they said with fraud I have to call a number to have it reissued. They said I can just come yo a branch to get money..but there are so few. When I called the line, I waited on hold nearly 40 minutes to be told it sould be 7-10 says, and "No, we cant expedite it." When I expressed feeling frustrated by this, they responded in a sing song voice, "Is there anything else? ..well have a nice day". A simple human connection and acknowledgement can go a long way with customer service. Oh..and I went in to fund my savings on my new account, and was told it was closed. "We can go in back and get it set up again. It wont take too long. We close all accounts with a zero balance for 2 weeks. You can just open it again". As soon as I can switch my auto deposit Im leaving this substandard bank.

Do NOT use this branch if you need to deal with the manager at all! She has been nothing but rude to me since I started going there and to my family. Now she is trying to block me from everything I am legally allowed to do and she is not allowed to do that I found out after calling the Umpqua Corporate Office. Luckily the corporate office was nice enough to work with me and tell me what rights I have. Their recommendation is to not go to this branch anymore. Otherwise they seem to be a great bank.

Profile central and threatening teller. I went through this drive thru for the first time today and got profiled, immediately. When I rolled down my window, teller "Scott" looked at me like "what are you doing here". NO GREETING OR INTRODUCTION, WHATSOEVER. So I told him what I wanted and he continued to stare me down. I had to ask HIM what he needed from me and he continued to speak TO ME like I should know what I'm doing and made me feel very uncomfortable and guilty. Why would you treat a customer like dog sh*t? I'm truly convinced I have been profiled. He continued with this foul behavior even when I told him what's up. He did not attempt to diffuse the situation. He continued on like he wanted to get into it with me and this made me feel threatened. No apologies or remorse. He also had the nerve to tell me his name and wish me a great weekend. A**hole. This branch/bank is absolute garbage. Tried calling the branch to reach the manager and their automated service kept repeating itself. This bank needs to go and be replaced by a reputable bank with legitimate workers that actually want to do their job, minimum be decent to their customers, AND treat everyone equally. I truly do not feel comfortable EVER returning to this bank unless I bring someone with me. What a hostile environment.

I have been using umpqua bank for several years now and it is extremely we'll run along with it's employees offering the highest quality service , most especially Lynda Iserno Katlin, miki and every other person who I failed to mention. I must admit that I can be a difficult customer at times,yet Umpqua employees always treat me with a kindness and graciousness unbecoming. I will continue to do business at Umpqua 152nd street, Burien, long-yerm

I showed up at 5pm exactly and they wouldn't do my deposit. They couldn't be bothered for an extra few minutes to help me. I really needed the deposit to post that day, and yes it is my problem I was running late, but I had to drive half way across town just to get to the nearest branch and hit traffic. I could of used a helping hand, but they weren't offering one. Looking into using a Credit Union now.

Linda is the best bank manager on the planet. The staff is professional, but also personable. Burien is lucky to have this branch of Umpqua on their turf.
