Reason I never business here! Trying to charge me 8.00 for a box to ship another companies item they gave me a shipping label for. I am not paying to ship something back that does not belong to me nor do I want to use UPS.

Bought a return label and paid premium price for next day shipping but still had to come pick up from the store. There were no efforts put on what went wrong plus I was charged $10 for pick up service fee

Kin was incredibly helpful and professional. He assisted me with a heavy, damaged box that was falling apart, and handled it like a total pro. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing — calm, confident, and efficient.
What really stood out was his attitude — respectful, kind, and genuinely focused on helping. It’s rare to meet someone who takes their work seriously and makes you feel taken care of at the same time.
