Can't ever get a phone call through to the pharmacy. I get you're busy, but waiting on hold for 10+ minutes only to have the phone ring through, the call picked up and immediately put back in the queue to wait another 10+ minutes 3 times is really unprofessional.

Pharmacy is fine, but they raise prices, I check major online competitor, significantly cheaper, with or without insurance options available, who ship for free to my door...

Walgreens, if you are going to lock everything up including bar soap, perhaps you should have an employee on site to unlock the products. I will no longer buy products from you if I have to wait 20 minutes for someone to unlock the goods. This is horrible customer service.

I should check the review before I go there ,it was bad if you want to have you photo passport done don't go to that location they just want your .just don't go to that location!!!!!!!

I have been dealing With their unprofessional manner for years now. The only lady that is nice there is the front cashier. The photo department has no idea what they’re doing. The pharmacy is a joke. I am a diabetic and I have switched to mail order medication because dealing with the pharmacy at any Walgreens is absolutely atrocious.
You cannot tell me the doctor did not send you the three new medication’s when I can see it on the app… You do not need to scan a paper.. On the app, it clearly says last filled then the date. We are here a day later and they don’t even have it ready..
Anyways, stay away from Walgreens Pharmacy all around.

Pharmacy staff all quit and the staff they have now are super rude. Gonna be waiting in line 2 hours unless you switch your script over to somewhere else. I wouldn't even bother with this location
Update for 2024- worst it's been. From changed meds, pharmacists and techs not wanting to do their jobs , being understaffed , etc. They've had a handful of great employees over the years but when those people aren't in somehow the place turns to chaos. I've transfered my scripts.

I was on hold for 2 hours when the call dropped. Then I got back on and was fourth in line and was on hold 45 minutes while my partner drove over. The woman needed help reading the prescription he brought her.Prior to this incident we have waited in person for hours for a prescription called in earlier in the week. I believe the poor service to be a combination of overworked, underpaid pharmacists but if it is that bad I hope they find jobs with a better situation. After today we will never return here again. There OTC stock is pretty low and the front lines are slow too so there is absolutely no reason to go here.

Kudos to the female pharmacist and her team on the afternoon of 1/18/24 who went above and beyond to help me process and understand my prescription. I noticed and am grateful. There is so much going on in my world right now that when I spot genuine goodness, it impacts my day more than ever before. Makes me want to shout "Hallelujah!!" Thank you, thank you!
