I was on hold for 2 hours when the call dropped. Then I got back on and was fourth in line and was on hold 45 minutes while my partner drove over. The woman needed help reading the prescription he brought her.Prior to this incident we have waited in person for hours for a prescription called in earlier in the week. I believe the poor service to be a combination of overworked, underpaid pharmacists but if it is that bad I hope they find jobs with a better situation. After today we will never return here again. There OTC stock is pretty low and the front lines are slow too so there is absolutely no reason to go here.

Kudos to the female pharmacist and her team on the afternoon of 1/18/24 who went above and beyond to help me process and understand my prescription. I noticed and am grateful. There is so much going on in my world right now that when I spot genuine goodness, it impacts my day more than ever before. Makes me want to shout "Hallelujah!!" Thank you, thank you!

Walgreens as a company is absolute garbage and they need to stop leaving their pharmacies so low on staff that they can’t even answer the phone. I have been waiting four days for a prescription to be filled, I finally tried to call the pharmacy and was on hood for thirty minutes only for the phone to disconnect on me. I tried to call a second time and the same thing happened again.

Horrible people that work there. Tried to overcharge for an item. Then wouldn't match their own online price. These people do no deserve your time or money. Stay away.

It is a pharmacy with bad service, I have found that they do not have the medication and they say they will call you when it arrives but they never call you. Furthermore, on the last visit they did not accept medical insurance but they did not allow us to pay for it even though we had the medical prescription.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever seen. Poor customer service, rude, incompetent and slow at answering the phones, no knowledge of your prescription! They are a complete travesty!! I'd rather get a root canal than go back to this shit hole! I'm transferring my prescription somewhere else!!!

One star is too much ... Sat in drive thru lane 2 for 20 minutes (both lines were full) until someone finally said line 2 was not operational, go around and get into line 1 - terrible service at this location. Never using this location again. They need to get much more staffing in the pharmacy area.

I mean this is a major fumble I went to Walgreens about 10:30 or 10:15 and I thought it was going to be normal but they actually turned their lights off in the refrigerators so you can't see anything if you're not sunglasses on cuz I always have you know a lot of sunglasses on cuz you know these stores have lightning insanely fortunately it was so bright in there I could still see it but it seems odd that they would turn their lights off before they close it's fluorescent lights right they don't use that much power that's why stores have them.?

I made my appointment for a couple of Vaccinations online. When I arrived at the pharmacy I was about 10th in line. I watched as the staff worked thru the of people before and after me. The techs at this location really worked as a team even though the majority of clients were not that pleasant to deal with. They get a-lot of complaining that realistically they have no control over. People need to remember that they are people just like the people in line and should be treated with respect. It’s not easy and they did a great job.

Don’t even bother they don’t even go over and beyond to even try to find out about a prescription. Once your place on Hold into the processing prescription line they hang up as soon as it gets to your phone call and you’re on the phone for about 45 to 50 minutes. It’s super pathetic. And they’re rude. Definitely looking for a different pharmacy. Jerks!

Worst customer service, wife had to use bathroom and they asked us to wait for someone to go and open the door for us. We waited 30 minutes and no one arrived. We left all the items we were going to purchase. Ridiculous.

Been coming here to this location for 2+years and all the employees are so kool and nice plus this store is well stocked in all departments. If you live in the area this is your Walgreen's? Avoid the White Center location, not good.

Great employees! I just went in for some vaccinations, they helped me with my paperwork even though they were busy. Fast and efficient workers, and a nice environment overall. You could tell they cared about their customers, both at the pharmacy and check-out!
