I love this Walgreens. I don't get any prescriptions here so I don't know about the pharmacy, which many people don't seem to like. But I have always encountered super friendly staff. And they don't always have what I need, but they try. My only negative is the parking lot. Which someone else has mentioned. They need to assign an employee to clean it up at least daily, or hire a service to do it.The theft problem seems like less of an issue than it has been. I don't know how any retail store stays in business in the current environment. At least they have shopping carts again. And they made a smart decision to not replace the ATM which was stolen last year. The biggest plus to this store is that unlike the other Burien drugstores, it's easy to get in, buy what you need, and get out.

Super slow! I made an appointment for noon for booster and flu and I had to wait an hour! No joke . What was the point of the appointment? And no "sorry". Super frustrating

Often very busy, not enough staff to keep up. Visit daily and have hard time even getting someone to ring me up. Or there is only 1 worker with a huge line. If you have places to be, this Walgreens will not help you get there.

The pharmacy is TERRIBLE! Waited on hold for a long time to speak with the pharmacist. When he was finally available, he was EXTREMELY rude and impatient. After the conversation, he hung up the phone without even saying anything! Absolutely no manners! I understand he is busy and might be stressed but this is your job dude! Please do somewhere else! This place is awful!

Look at the other reviews. This store had its entire staff quit more than a year ago and it's never recovered. The staff are kind and are trying their best but many are new with little experience and their ability to handle the stress. Consequently they've had a really high turnover rate. My personal feeling is they need to fire the management and hire in enough staff to handle the workload. On three separate visits I overheard the staff tell patients that they were working on prescriptions at least three days behind. I've tried to be patient even though most visits (I'm there twice a month) have been over 40 minutes. And often the store doesn't have the medications the online system tells me are ready. LAST WEEK I MOVED ALL MY RX's to another pharmacy. It'll be a long time before I ever give them another chance. You lost a five- year faithful customer. You had plenty of time to correct the problem.

Pharmacy is super slow and inconvenient. I dropped my prescription off the day before and had to come back 3 different times because the instructions were "unclear". Ended up having to call the vet and be the middle man for them. Not a good time, go to a local pharmacy or a different one.

This pharmacy is the worst as been for years. My son got his Covid shot here and because he lost his card we had to go back here for the booster. Three times they ran out of the booster. This time they did not even bother to call us to tell us not to come in. When I asked to get a new card for him to get the booster they had us wait 25 min before the gal told us they did not know where the cards are.

This is absolutely THE WORSE pharmacy I have EVER gone to. The pharmacist (not the employees) are incredibility rude, obnoxious, have no human compassion at all !! I have been going to this Walgreens pharmacy for quite a while now and it's not only just the point of having to wait on the lineup for sometimes WELL OVER an hour, but when you get up to the window, after standing on line for an hour they are unapologetic, uncaring, and a LOT of times they tell us they are very understaffed (which is very obvious), but then we're told to come back tomorrow or Monday for those of us who don't have Saturday or Sunday off. My advice ? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY ALL TOGETHER !!! WE WILL BE PULLING OUR BUSINESS FROM WALGREENS COMPLETELY NEXT WEEK !! BTW, do NOT bother calling them on their phone because they do NOT answer. And this is well known. Even the pharmacist will tell you not to waste your time calling them because they don't answer.

Been on hold for 1 hr. and 50mins and still going. I'm sick in bed so have the time but what about other people who have more urgency than me? We have used this Walgreens for the past 5 years since moving to Burien and appreciate changes and challenges wrought by Covid but waiting for 2hrs to speak to a pharmacist seems excessive.

This is one of the worst and slowest pharmacies I've ever been to. And sadly I've been going to this pharmacy for at least 10 years now and it's just going downhill. Whether you go inside or wait in the drive-through to pick up prescriptions, it's at least a 30 minute wait anytime of the day. I am at the point that I am going to switch pharmacies completely.

The absolute WORST pharmacy ever. Shouldn't even be open. They can't keep up with their orders and tell you something is ready when it's not. Phone wait times are consistently over an hour. Been having trouble with this spot for months. It's a complete wast of time. Avoid at all costs.

In the past I've had OK experience at this location. Getting non-prescription items is fine. The wait to check-out is sometimes long. I called to speak with the pharmacy and waited on hold for 25 minutes then the call just disconnected. Called back and waited on hold with "one caller ahead of you" message for 20 minutes. Not likely. Something is broken with their phone system or they just don't answer the phone.

The pharmacy closes at 5, the drive through is shut completely and they never answer the phone. Every time I call, I sit on hold for nearly an hour before being hung up on. The lines are always long at the store register and pharmacy register. I'll be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.
