I went to collect a remittance and the worker asks me for my social security number when clearly in the WU policies it says that you only need the number or shipping code and identification. I feel it was an unfair act towards me

This store is a cluster! Waited 20 mins for a working disabled cart because four of them were out of power. Store in complete disarray. Stuff blocking aisles from handicapped access everywhere. We hadn't shopped there for 6 months or more after a case of getting SPOILED EGGS one week after buying chicken that turned out to be bad, too. I'd hoped to buy a pair of pants and a purse for my mom while out grocery shopping. Should have made two separate stops. I will likely never set foot in this store again, unless the alternate choice is shoving bamboo reeds beneath my fingernails while listening to William Hung sing "She Bangs" on repeat for a few hours.

Online orders are not guaranteed even if you have a confirmation number. They hold your money, so you think you purchased the product but they advised that will sell it if someone comes into the store even after you get an email saying your order is ready for pick up. They say the system doesn’t know the inventory so your online orders are not guaranteed. Don’t offer online orders if your “system” doesn’t know your inventory. The store had 2 days to get the product from another store, but say the don’t look at the orders until the day of pick up. Assistant mgr of the click orders said what do you want me to do? HORRIBLE customer service! Burien Fred Meyer on 1st.
