Dude found my mail doesn't get delivered correctly so he mails any late notice, instead of calling which he was able to get in contact with me immediately. He makes notes of this but doesn't use said notes. My roommate also rents from here and has had the same problems. This guy is just trying to make you pay more or take your stuff. It's not worth having your stuff there.

Super bad customer services the person that was there today 5.7.2024 was extremely rude. Is very useless did not give a receipt for U-Haul dolly. I would never recommend. When we were putting the dolly where he specified he came out and started yelling and cursing. I also suspect the only reason he acted so out of character is due to the fact that my guys are Hispanic. I hope they acquire people with greater education. I will be contacting corporate and the better business bureau to let them know about this misconduct. DO NOT GO THERE

This company is absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t recommend anymore move their belongings into here for even one day. I moved into here while I went on deployment without access to my phone or voicemail. They called me while I was on deployment to notify me that my lock on my unit was missing and didn’t bother to send me an email or even contact my second point of contact when I didn’t respond after a day. I didn’t receive news of this for weeks after the initial notification and they claimed they couldn’t authorize a lock on my unit unless they heard from me. Fast forward 8 months when I move my things out of the unit and of course over half of my unit is missing. They didn’t bother to do anything other than make one lousy phone call during this situation and now over half of my belongings are missing and stolen. This company is terribly organized and careless.

I have rented here in various incarnations of business and personal storage for twenty years. Manager Mike is an easy going, generally happy dude who takes great care in managing this exceptional facility.24-hour pin-code-controlled gated security. They know whose number is associated with each person on the property at all times.24-hour hi-lumen security lighting.24-hour hi-res digital video cameras cover every corner of the asphalted areas of the facility with decent overlap.The facility was laid out with wiiiide driveways and a huge turn-around area for EASY truck access. Will accommodate day-cab delivery with up to a 50-foot trailer with ease. Line-haul moving trucks with sleepers and drop axles CAN fit, too.Sizes from 5x5 up to 12x35 RV storage and also out door long-term parking.

Great place, nice staff & very clean facility with the cheapest storage in the Burlington area.. I have been there for over 2 years now and have never had a bad experience.
