I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Makayla who helped me today upgrade my iPhone 14 Plus to the iPhone 16 pro max. She was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She made the experience easy, exciting and was also kind to my little one that I had to bring with me. I just really can’t express enough how lucky AT&T is to have an employee like her working for them! Obviously I hiiighly recommend her!!

Brent and Colby along with another gal who's name I never caught have all been amazing! My brother had an account that was also for myself, my son & our dad.. But my brother passed away and the whole crew was amazing! They helped us transfer the account over.. And even helped us multiple times when there were technical glitches!
**Side note: Brent! I'm so sorry.. I accidentally chose the wrong option on the first question of the survey about you helping us the other day.. But at the end I had a chance to rectify it! And told them we were VERY SATISFIED!**
I'm sure you guys will be seeing more of us.. Since I hate phonecalls, especially to computers who argue with ya.. 🤣 And now of course I have one more issue already. But I'll give ya'll a break.. & come in next week. Lol but thanks so much to all of you! ❤️

This is long overdue. I got a new phone at the Burlington, WA AT&T Store and switched from an android phone to an iPhone. I am not a “techie” and I had some serious concerns about getting and using a new phone with all the apps, and switching from android to iPhone.
I was helped by Brent Drake who obviously was used to helping people like me before. He made sure I was comfortable with the phone choice (iPhone 15 plus) then proceeded to set up my new phone. He was able to transfer all the apps, etc. I was able to do my basic function as soon as I got in the car. Over the past few months I have taken two airplane trips and used all my airline, travel and hotel apps. Brent was pleasant and reassuring. After a few months of using the phone, I found that he was true to his word and that I actually like using an iPhone.
Although Brent told me to come back if I had any problems or question, I have not been back. Brent was a great sales representative, who not only sold me a new phone but made sure I was able to function as I walked out of the store.

They are thieves, dishonest and charge you for phone lines that I told them I didn’t want them. That is why they want to go paper less so the can cheat you.
They have been charging me since the start of Covid for 2 lines that we didn’t know that we had. That is $70 plus taxes per month.
