This Burlington AT&T was the worst experience. The sales rep was nice as salesmen are. I went in to upgrade my phone and get an additional phone for my son for Christmas. 3.5 hours later I walked out with 1 working phone because they couldn’t figure out how to get the other one working. Toward the end the rep and the manager were both helping me but I was clearly not a priority because they would leave me to help other customers. They both gave me their cards to reach then if I had problems setting up the phone by myself and also with my iPad that they said I had to put a SIM card in because it was linked to my new phone and needed some kind of update/upgrade. When I got home both the phone and iPad would not work and neither person answered their phones so I started driving to a different AT&T store to try and find help because I was so frustrated and upset at this point. On my way to a different store the manager called me back and eventually we figured out how to get the iPad and new phone working. I got my first bill after the new purchase and it was $450+ I called the customer service line and found out my plan was changed and I had several add ons and I was charged and set up for an additional and new iPad which I never did. Worst experience ever and I will never go to this store again. I also found it comical that they continued to try and sell me on their internet when they were blaming the issues they were having on setting up the phone on connectivity issues.

I came in to the AT&T store to purchase a screen protector for a new iPhone. The clerk sold me a product and when asked said I could install it at home myself. In the past the clerks at the store have offered to help with applying the new screen protector. Not this time, I tried to do it myself at home but it didn't go well. So I went to the Verizon store today, purchased another screen protector, and the clerk helped apply it. Problem solved by Version.

AT&T employee Derek was super helpful in setting up a new phone for one of my free lines. I didnt even buy the phone from the AT&T store. Derek went above and beyond to walk me through everything and ensure my new number worked. Major thank you to Derek, his professional attitude, and his helpfulness!!!

Tanya at the Mount Vernon store was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to get one new phone and some accessories and preorder 15 ProMax. Tanya was great...personable, professional and thorough. Could not have asked for more! This was great customer service!

After many years we finally upgraded our Android phones to Iphone's taking advantage of your deal for trade in phones. We had the BEST service making this change happen for my husband and I Derek started the process on a Friday evening. We had to go back on Saturday to finish the process. And again excellent service by Julie. Thank you to the staff at the Burlington Washington store you made the switch painless.

I left my new car charger there and still no call about the missing accessory I just paid for. I'm on camera like everyone else who enters. It is on my husband's information the employee should be smart enough to go back n look it up. I have been sick so I haven't been back. Let u know how it goes....
