I've now bought two cars from BUCS. My 1st was an Audi Q3. My 2nd is a Tesla model S 850DThe very first night with my Tesla it was unfortunately vandalized with a BIG "D" the. The lights and steering went heywire. I call Tony Bravo our car dealer and he went above and beyond for my car to be serviced. I was even given a loaner while my car was being repaired. Took a few days but since its return I've been the epic. Tony Bravo you got my five star review

Bought a 2013 Audi A6 from Eric and Larry. I drove the vehicle about 2,000 miles before the timing chain jumped causing the engine to need to be replaced. I had the car for about a year and drove it LITERALLY 2,000 miles. It is like I purchased a lemon, this was not something I caused. My vehicle has been in the shop since April 2023 so it has been 6 months. In those 6 months I made every car payment and insurance payment for a car that i cannot even drive. When we called to speak to somebody about this and ask them what our options are Eric kept mentioning Gap insurance. He made it seem like I did not have to worry as much because of the fact that I purchased gap insurance. Eric knew what was wrong with the car and that it was NOT in an accident and he still kept mentioning gap insurance. Gap insurance ONLY covers when the vehicle was in an accident so was not applicable to my situation whatsoever. We went in to talk to Eric and he kept saying they were going to “step up” and help out, obviously because this situation is horrible, he even said so himself multiple times. My options are basically to get a co-signer or have a big chunk of money to put down and they would take the Audi. When I purchased the Audi, I did not need a co-signer as they must have been more antsy to sell at the time. When he gave me these options I asked where they would be “stepping up” because I didn’t see anywhere in this situation where they are stepping up. He obviously didn’t have an answer for me and went back into the office to speak to the wizard of oz. When he came back he basically told me those are the only options. I bought a 18000 car and drove it for 2000 miles. I would be so incredibly thrilled if they could do anything to help me but at this point they have not done anything respectable. Eric made it a point to tell me that he always makes sure to have his family purchase gap insurance to protect them. Now I will make it a point to tell my family members not to shop for a vehicle here. I am young but this has been the biggest mistake of my life and that is not how buying a car should be. If I want to get myself in any type of better situation, I have to continue to work with them. Hopefully they can figure out a real way to “step up” instead of just saying they are going to. Just feel like I should warn others. If you have the option to shop elsewhere, you should. As of now, I have not had a good experience and they have not tried to make any respectable choice.

I have had the experience of buying 2 cars from Bucs Superstore. I was being picky and spent a lot of time looking and test driving cars. I was at the store for a while. They made me feel at home. Jason even bought me lunch.They will work with you in your favor as much as they can. I was and am very happy with my choices.I recommend them highly. Outstanding customer service. Our salesman, Tony, was a nice young man that did a good job in presenting to us exactly what we were looking for. They were not willing to budge very much on the price and the "manager" kept telling us that he was losing money on this deal and couldn't go any lower. I'm sorry, but no proper business person loses money on a deal, or you wouldn't be in business. We did get the truck we wanted and it is in great condition and had it inspected the next day at our local Chevy dealership and they said it is in great condition. There is a problem that BUCS failed to tell us. The Chevy dealer told us our "new" truck was actually from Canada and the existing warranty is only valid in Canada. They informed us on a way to work around that, and we are in the process of that now. Would have been nice to know up front.

So happy with the customer service, experience, and the car we drove home with! My husband and I wanted a bigger car for our expanding family and Alyssa was so helpful, patient and honestly just fun to be around!We came in not really knowing what we wanted and she took us around the lot, showed us different styles and sizes and let us test drive the ones that we liked all while making us comfortable and sharing lots of laughs.We are in love with our Hyundai Santa Fe and can’t wait to have many adventures and make lots of memories in it!If you are looking for a great and reliable car, go see Alyssa!We will definitely be back in the future!

We went to Burlington Used Car Superstore to find a family car since we have a 5 year old and are expecting in September, and our previous car had just been totaled. Alyssa helped us, and she was awesome! She showed us several different cars, took on test drives in the ones we were interested in, and it was a blast. No pressure, very relaxed, just a great all-around experience. She made the whole process fun and much less stressful than buying a car typically is. Thank you again Alyssa, we're coming to you for the next one!!

Absolutely the best experience in vehicle shopping while i was able to drive off with a vehicle that met my expectations all in the same day! Tony B. Assisted me from start to finish and was honest to his word from the beginning. His assistants and team members all came together to make sure things happened the way I wanted. I honestly would say they put me in one of the most beautiful vehicles I have ever seen for pre owned to say the least. Very organized. A very professional dealership. I got all the information and answers I needed to feel comfortable in my buying experience. Everyone there showed dedication and knowledge in their profession. I have to say that their sales lady Alyssa did a superb job on getting me the perfect vehicle. She went above and beyond what is expected. I recommend her and her and her team to anyone who needs a vehicle and doesn’t want to go through the typical “wait all day and get sold something you don’t want!” She’s truly amazing! This is my 3rd car from Alyssa ❤️ I just wanna say how flipping AMAZING Alyssa and the bucs team are!! They are so attentive, treat you like family and they make sure you’re happy with your purchase! Transparent communication throughout, kept working for me to get the payments I wanted. Even bought me food while waiting for the finance process. Eric was great and the whole staff was super nice. Never felt any pressure. Highly recommend.

Sales lady was very respectful and helpful. Was in my car backing up leaving and a Gentlemen named Mitch came up to my window asking me why I didn’t buy anything. Did not appreciate this from a so called “sales person”

Sad to say that a deal was apparently bad price with extensive conditions not achievable. And a truly odd experience. we got out of it, thanks to the management. Still never received any paperwork which in and is itself is weird. but the sad part is the sales person did not realize his errors in language and tone at all. Good Luck. They seem to have good peeps too-just watch out.

Do not buy here! Awful dealership in ALL departments from salespersons, sale managers, to finance managers. We already had an approval letter from our bank so did not need their finance but Phill (Salesperson) filled out a credit application himself without disclosing it to us which I later found out by viewing all the documents & realized that's why he was asking questions you would expect on a application but at the time when I asked him why all those questions? his response was "just for our records since we report the sale" but that was clearly a LIE. Also ran my credit to multiple banks when they never said they would do that, all that explains why they came back saying they can beat my bank. In addition, I canceled the GAP & extended warranty & they did not send reimbursement check within the time frame (60 DAYS) that managers had said. I had to be call after call since its a long drive plus did not want to deal with any of them in person nor even see them but after 4 MONTHS it finally got done. Too much to all put on a review but save your time & go shop somewhere else. Their favorite phrase is "was a misunderstanding" but they are very well aware of what they do.
