The flour that we buy from Cairnspring Mills has made everything we bake better. We love to know that we are supporting Washington Farmers and practices designed for sustainable agriculture. We also love the personal service we get from the staff at the mill.

I recently tried their flour. I am not much of a baker but I gave some to my mom. She makes fried tortillas aka as puri. Puri is Indian food it is yummy when made with their flour. I love it. ?. I will order more soon.
