First of all, I am in LOVE with their Sherpa throw blankets! I have different blankets as well as bedding. I have literally bought Carstens blankets from places in red river New Mexico, found out where the blanket came from and now order directly from their website. Love their throws. Recently I ordered a faux fur blanket. It’s beautiful but I love the cuddle factor so the blanket was soft enough for me. I called and asked if I could return it. Carstens happily said I could return the item. I opted to have them send me a shipping label which I would have deducted from my refund. That was perfectly fine. When I received the email, carstens told me they would cover the cost of the return shipping! Amazing customer service, she was a delight to talk and interact with. I will continue buying Sherpa blankets from Carstens. Thank you!

I have several items from Carstens, and there was a little problem with a recent order. Michelle from Customer Service not only responded immediately, she resolve the problem very quickly, and exceeded my expectations in the process. I am absolutely delighted with Carstens Inc!

My sister in law purchased the Muddy Girl Baby Bedding set for my baby shower and I absolutely love it. The quality is outstanding! She did order off of Cabelas in order to get it in time. She also ordered a Carstens Muddy Girl Baby Blanket off of Amazon and I am in love with it as well! Awesome products!
