Had 2 nails and needed tires rotated, i was greeted straight away and promised work complete in an hour and an app to follow along with progress. I bought the tires at a different discount tire, but get treated like a local customer, i like that. i'll keep going back.

Highly recommend Discount Tire of Burlington. They are quick and professional, always great service. Shawn is super knowledgeable and helpful, he helped me get warranty replacements for my tires that were wearing out too fast.

Very friendly staff and quick turn around. I’m from out of town and my horse trailer had a flat. I needed to get it patched before my long drive home. They had my tire patched within an hour and it was FREE. After the stress of travel and knowing I had a long drive ahead it made my day! Every person I interacted with there was very friendly and helpful.

Was in there yesterday, had to replace a tire due to an alignment issue on my car that I had not realized was so severe. Aunya(?) took great care of me, what a pleasure on a day I originally thought I was just getting a flat fixed.

Came in with a damaged tire I had bought at discount tire in Gainesville Florida. Glad I bought the road hazard coverage. They put on a NEW tire, and got me on my way. $37.23 total cost. I’ve needed discount tire while in 4 different states. That’s why if you travel or move around this is the BEST tire company.

Very efficient and curtious staff. I went in with a tire that kept losing air. They fit me in, inspected and corrected the issue. I was in and out in under an hour but in that time I overheard multiple staff answering phones and speaking with other customers. They were always informative and respectful. Highly recommended
