Dropped of car 1 week ago at 11 AM on the 13th. Received a text from a tech: "This is ***** at Ford. The tech was able to diagnose your vehicle. There is a wiring procedure to remedy the issue. Total to repair is $760 + tax. It takes about half the day." @ 2:48 PMCalled same day with in hour of text. No return call. Sent text 11/15 asking for update. Called spoke with someone who said tech was at lunch and would call back. Text sent to dealer again after no return call. Finally got a text back saying the Tech would reach out to me shortly. That was last week friday.

Having purchaced a pre paid maintainance policy when the 2019 was purchaced, I was unsure if we had used them all, so on Wednesday I called and was assured we had used 5 of the 7 alotted, and still had the 39,000 mile prepaid maint left. When I got there on Thursday I was informed that they were no longer available due to the timeline. I dont remember anyone mentioning this when we bought the car. Due to covid and my wifree working from home the car was not driven that much.Subaru was paid in advance for these services, and I was retiring soon so it seemed like a good idea at the time as decreasing mobility prohibits my working on vehicles any more.Get all the details before you buy from Subaru. My "service advisor" was able to waive the labor cost, but not the parts.

We had a great experience from our first request for information through the sale. Rubi was knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. She shared a ton of useful information at every stage and then gave us space to make our own decision. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants the buying process to be stress free.

In my opinion, Dwayne Lane's Skagit Ford has completely incompetent service managers. Came in for routine oil change service. I have a Ford service plan that includes full synthetic oil. I told this to the service manager. I also told them and marked on the intake sheet not to rotate the tires. After an hour and a half, I find out that they replaced my full synthetic oil with blend and rotated the tires. The service tech has some culpability for not following the paperwork, but the service manager must be completely incompetent to allow this to happen. Looking for a new dealer, unfortunately all the nearby dealers also have extensive negative service reviews...

I purchased a CX-90 on 2020. Derek was our sales agent. He was patient while we shopped other brands. We came back to Mazda because of the quality of construction, amenities and the fact that it was a local dealership where I could get service. Three years later I am very happy with my car and very pleased, and better yet, never disappointed by the service. I can recommended Dwane Lane’s Mazda of Burlington with no hesitation.

I got an oil change here and they forgot to put the oil cap back on after. I was driving it and started smelling burning and then my engine started smoking. Upon looking under the hood the oil cap was not on, oil was everywhere and no oil was even reading on the dipstick. While this is a frustrating mistake, I understand things happen and this is not why I’m giving a 1 star review. It is how the situation was handled by Dwayne Lanes service manager, named Sam that I’m leaving a negative review. My car only has 16,000 miles on it, an essentially new engine still with oil changes still under warranty. I had to have it towed to the dealership because I wasn’t going to potentially harm my engine by driving it further. After explaining what happened to Sam she undermined and downplayed the error and acted like it wasn’t a big deal and they will just “replace the cap and the oil.” When insisting they check for damages to the engine after it being run without oil she stated that the “most that could’ve spilled out is a quart and that wouldn’t damage the motor.” However the dipstick reads a quart and it was coming back completely clean.. therefore it had to be AT LEAST a quart low. Then when asking for a tow reimbursement she stated that I would need to contact ford since my car is still under warranty for that. I ended up talking to the general manager who was more apologetic and helpful and assured they would check the motor and didn’t hesitate to get my info to reimburse me for the tow. Then when picking up my car, the engine was cleaned of the oil but the hood liner was still COATED in oil. I mentioned this to Sam and her response was “there was nothing we could do about that and it’ll burn off”…. That was a completely unacceptable answer. The oil will not just “burn off” the liner.. maybe drip onto the engine and create more fumes to breathe in? So again I had to reach out to the general manager who arranged to have it replaced. I understand mistakes happen, however for the service manager to be so unapologetic and difficult was so frustrating. I was not offered any sort of compensation. Thankfully I have 2 cars I could still drive my other vehicle since this whole mishap left me without my car for almost 2 weeks. I’d advise if you have any service related needs do not confront them with SAM.

Very quick and efficient with great staff. Really appreciated Matt from sales helping us figure out all the options our new Crosstrek has, as our previous sales person did not share much information from another state. Parts and service were great and even gave our dog a toy to play with. That is great service.

This is our 2nd car purchase from Rubi. She is extremely knowledgeable and cares about her customers. She is always available for a question, big or small. Jonathan in the finance department was great too!Everyone made our unique transaction flow smoothly. We are thrilled with our purchase. Can’t recommend Rubi highly enough!

The appointment was for a service of our Miata RX5 and installation of an after market muffler and pipes. The work was done promptly, the price as agreed and the staff were pleasant and courteous. The next day the Service Manager called to see if all was as I had wished. A good experience all around.

I had a great experience with Duane Lane Subaru! I took my car here for a front axle replacement. I was quoted a price and when I went to pick up my car (which was done quicker than expected) the price was 3 hundred dollars less! The service dept staff is kind, courteous and helpful.I live in Marysville WA and drive to Burlington to have my car serviced. No comparison to Kendall Subaru! Thanks Duane Lane Subaru!! Your the best!!

Purchased a Honda CR-V. Drove down the road and check engine light went on. Took it back and after several days, it was "fixed" and returned. Drove it down the road and the light came on again. They are again trying to "fix" it, but are unwilling to help us move on from this car they were no longer trust because we have had 2 check engine lights in less than an hour of drive time.Update: the "fixed" it and the light came on again while they still had it. So now we are waiting again.

I recently traded in my F-150 for an Escape at Dwayne Lane Ford. The purchase experience was painless and pressure-free. My salesman, Marvin, was a pleasure to chat with while we waited for the paperwork to be prepared. When my Escape developed a problem a week later, they immediately sent a tow truck and returned it to me repaired in a couple of days! I highly recommend Dwayne Lane Skagit Ford/Subaru.

Their prices are 60% higher than Frontier Ford, which is within a 12 mile radius. I've never witnessed where different Fords have different prices, coming from a bigger city in Denver where there are 3 Fords within a 20 mile radius. When I went to Pensacola, FL, their prices were comparable to Denver, also. So my experience wasn't bad, but I don't trust them or understand why they think they can bump up the cost of their services. Also, they told me $500 deposit to order a Maverick, but I ordered through Frontier because they didn't require a deposit.

Poor experience. Asked them to look car over since I just purchased it and noticed it idling low and a couple warning lights on the dash. Instead paid $120 for a basic oil change and none of that was addressed. Service manager was automatically defensive and argumentative when questioned about it. There are places with better service for less money- I won’t be back.
