Dorothy (Chip) Williams found a real neighborhood hardware once I found the caring, personal help from Donna. I had a recurring plumbing that defied all the usual.solutions. Between the two of us, we solved the problem. She is the type of salesperson we all hope to find but, sadly in the current environment, rarely find. I will return to her for future business and will recommend her to others. She is a delight!!

Super helpful staff, very eager to help you find what you're looking for. They seem to have a good inventory of things so it's unlikely you'll find an empty spot for the item or things you went in for.Being from out of town and having been there 4 or 5 times, it's always been a good experience

Well, sure, it is a chain store yet owned locally ! So much more ... easy to find items with attentive employees and it they don't have an item, you can order it. Good parking and hardly ever do you stand in line...
