“Very young staff but for the most part the provided good customer service. Store was clean and well stocked. Great parking, handicap parking, Starbucks right when you walk in. Dressing rooms are actually open that is a major plus there days.”
“I'm giving five stars based on the fact that they did what they said they would do. They are friendly however the lack of communication is kinda frustrating. I had a problem with the original screen replacement so they had to do a warranty replacement. The problem came with the lack of availability with my screen. Waiting on shipping and availability but then come to find out they shipped the wrong screen. Tried several times to call and text but had to stop in to get some details. The workmanship is on par and I would recommend them to anyone, just pack some patience if you do encounter a problem.”
“Login W. was very helpful with a huge problem that the telephone sales representatives created. He fixed the problem and kept me as a Verizon customer. If not for him I would have been switching to another carrier. And we have been with Verizon for 18 years so that would have been a big switch!!
