“I'm giving five stars based on the fact that they did what they said they would do. They are friendly however the lack of communication is kinda frustrating. I had a problem with the original screen replacement so they had to do a warranty replacement. The problem came with the lack of availability with my screen. Waiting on shipping and availability but then come to find out they shipped the wrong screen. Tried several times to call and text but had to stop in to get some details. The workmanship is on par and I would recommend them to anyone, just pack some patience if you do encounter a problem.”

“I recently moved from AT&T to Verizon 2 weeks ago. I did everything online - first off do not do anything online or over phone go in to a store. Since day 1 I have had nothing but issues from billing, credits, overcharges, incorrect information, account locked status, invalid Acct Managers and Acct Owners, to RCS issues on a brand new iPhone. Verizon had me exchanging a phone and upgrading to a 17 but I never had a Verizon phone. It has been a nightmare and buyers remorse since day one! Not a happy new customer. Finally everyone in my home Android users and I am only Apple user and could not get RCS messaging to work on my phone. Brand new phone from Verizon store not to mention. Then they said the phone was bad but required I make a deposit on a replacement - NOT!!!!! You gave me a broken phone, fix it replace it or give me my money back. Not giving another dime. Went back into the store 3 nights in a row and WOW Chris and Chad were outstanding. They truly went to bat for me. They were in my corner and made numerous of attempts to call corporate tech support until they were happy with the answers given. I finally felt like I had 2 great guys who understood made the visit fun (if you can believe that when I went in furious) and ended with a resolution that was best for me THE CUSTOMER. They turned my disappointment with Verizon around and going forward this will be my store on the days/nights Chris or Chad are working. They were rockstars and even kept store open late just to get my situation resolved once and for all. 5+ STARS for these 2 - could not be happier with my last visit hopefully for a very long time. Thank you Chris and Chad. You both went above and beyond and I appreciate your help more than you know. I'm sure you know who this is - you probably wanted to lock doors when you saw me coming. LOL”
