“Thank you Shanya for ALL YOUR HELP with my account this past week. After back and forth between CS telling me to go to the store and the store telling me to call CS; Shanya and Darrion helped get things figured out on getting me taken care of. Shanya was on top of this the entire time!! She is awesome!!! Thank you!”

“Login W. was very helpful with a huge problem that the telephone sales representatives created. He fixed the problem and kept me as a Verizon customer. If not for him I would have been switching to another carrier. And we have been with Verizon for 18 years so that would have been a big switch!! Logan is definitely a huge asset for Verizon!!”
