Our 1961 Chevy impala, was in need of a facelift. She needed a 100% restoration. Exclusive Quality Customs was excellent in restoring her. We were totally amazed when they brought her home to us, everything they did was exquisite: paint, interior, all that and more, she's a brand new car. Perfect match of paint and blended into rest of car so that you can’t tell any difference anywhere. Frank from Exclusive Quality Customs made it look like it never happened. He worked quickly, too. Very impressed!

They did such an incredible job! Insurance wanted to total my car and Frank managed to not just work with insurance to fix my car for a price state farm was happy with but he did phenomenal work!! They are kind, trustworthy, and hardworking with excellent communication the whole time I really can’t say enough good things!

My wife and I turned over her 2022 Harley Davidson Lowrider S to get a new custom paint job. We were a little sceptical at first, just because we're turning our bike over to someone we didn't know and we are not from this area. We are very happy with the paint job and the graffics. Frank and his son did an amazing job and took care of her bike. I would highly recommend this business to anybody.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Exclusive Quality Customs. I always wanted a custom candy paint job and this is the only place I could find and trust that specializes in that field. They did such a good job, and finished it in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a custom automotive shop with top tier quality. I highly recommend ExclusiveQuality Customes I had them completely restore my 1970 Chevy nova, we had to ship our car from San Jose CA to Burlington Washington to have Exclusive Quality Customs do the restoration on our family project Car.We are very happy to have had made this decision they did an absolutely beautiful job on our Nova.They completely rewired all the electrical, they also installed a 500 hp engine with headers and a new transmission.The car had a lot of rust to start with and needed quite a bit of bodywork, but Frankie and his crew did an amazing job every time I had a question either Frankie or Frank where able to answer all my questions and or concerns.My car was painted copper orange with ghost out, black shadow racing stripes. Although the car took a couple of months from start to finish I’m very very happy with the results..The nova has been in the family since 1970 thank you Frank And Frankie and crew @ Exclusive Quality Customs for making our special project a reality.

I have a 2019 Mercedes S63 AMGBeing from Seattle Washington area, I was having a hard time, figuring out where to take my car for a complete my black wrap.Went to a car show and some friends of mine gave me a phone number for a restoration shop located in Burlington Washington. The people at the car show had nothing but good things to say about Exclusive Quality Customes in Burlington.Being this said I gave them a call and booked an appointment to bring my car in for an overview.As soon as I brought my car in for an overview, they were able to answer all my questions, but they also gave me lots of new ideas.Original i was going to do a Wray but I decided to do a custom mat black paint job instead of the rap with some really cool burgundy side stripes giving it a cool side effect.Although Exclusive Quality Customs were booked up for a couple of months, we were able to squeeze my car in for about three weeks.I am very happy to say that my car came out perfect. Just the way we wanted the wife and I are very happy it’s totally worth it to drive from Seattle to Burlington to have them completely customize my Mercedes.Price was a little higher than normal, but definitely quality exceeds their price. I will definitely come back if I ever need them in the future and highly recommend them…Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Franks and his son are super friendly and do aim to please. Aside from a couple things I was pretty happy with the work the did on my ‘66 Chevelle. I wanted a complete paint job for a good price and they provided that in a pretty timely manner.Service: Painting

Quick review: False promises, owner is very rude, didn't complete the full work requested. Police were called. Find someone else who is honest with you and avoid the hassle. Sketchy business and lots of lying.In depth review:Took my car into these guys about a month ago. Owner said it would take him a week to fix a couple of big dents in the hood and bumper with chunks taken out of the plastic, rear end cracks in the paint, hood liner redone, and a full buff on the car. A week to now a month went by and i kept getting excuses after excuses for why the car wasn't done. The first excuse was that they had messed up on buffing my car and they had to redo the hood. The second was saying the car was finished one day, then that day would come around and then they guy proceeds to say it will be actually be done a couple days after the first promised date. About 7 promise dates go by in a span of a month and he never fulfilled any of these dates I was supposed to get my car back by.The very last excuse I got was the sprinklers were being worked on and I couldn't get my car until that was done, even though I was told to come pick up car twice. How can you tell me that my car is done and say come pick it up on this date but 30 mins before im planned to pick it up and am already driving down on the road to go and get it that I can't get it because the sprinklers are being worked on??!? Why wasn't I informed about that a week or 4 days prior?!?! He pulled that same excuse twice on us! That should not even matter to begin with as you can just set the car outside and pay by card?!?!I had to end up getting the police involved as when I showed up and no one was there at the shop, and I was ready to pick it up on one of his promised dates. I saw no work trucks tending to their "sprinkler" work being done. We wanted the car back because usually professional businesses aren't like this. We got the owner on the phone and he told the officer that he was waiting on the headliner adhesive and said the car was mostly done, even though I had been told twice now that the car was completely done!!! The owner told us to come by the next day to pick it up...We went by the shop and I got to see the car after a month of waiting. Guy was super rude and disrespectful. He demanded us we pay the whole thing in cash, even though it said we could pay by card on the front door, and if we didn't, we couldn't take the car back. We looked at the car and he didn't even finish most of the work I had requested.He had fixed and painted the front bumper and hood but did ZERO of the other work I asked for. He wasn't being honest at all with us about why it was taking so long and why he wasn't holding up to his promises. He even told us we should have asked for pictures of the car and called in to see and hear about the progress, when it should be the opposite and he should be updating us.I inspected what he had done and he didnt even paint over some of the work he did to fix the bumper. I could see the molding adhesive he used when I opened the hood on the front bumper. Guy painted the outside very well but didn't paint spots under the hood, so I'll have to touch up what he missed.Overall, don't go to this guy. He seems to have zero idea how to run a business. If I hadn't called the police, my car would probably be still sitting there for another month or more, with more and more excuses. They call themselves professionals, but this is the least professional business I've ever worked with. Just go find another business who will treat you right and save yourself the hassle. Plus this guy will lie a ton to you.Services: Painting
