I will never shop with this company ever again!!! Not only did the sales person lie and say I will receive my shoes in a couple of days. But then FedEx shipped it all the way to Oregon when I live 20 miles from where it was being shipped made it to the hub 3 miles from my house. To be taken to Oregon. I called famous footwear to seek a resolution but they had none so I went for the refund and when I called customer service they are closed until Monday at 9 AM. It is Saturday at 4 PM. So now I have to wait the entire weekend just to argue with someone in customer service about getting a refund for shoes that are now circumventing the globe.

I needed to replace my work boots so i came here on a sunday afternoon.Treated me like i was a thief for trying the shoes on. Id like to know what im buying is comfortable if im gonna be working in them 6 days a week.Honestly insulting, im young but i make too much money to waste my time stealing shoes i could and DID buy.Never coming here again.

I went to Famous Footwear to do a return of an online purchase. The people there were fabulous . easy return , quicksmiles, prompt attention.I would be very happy to work with them again in the future

Super helpful staff! They checked up on me and asked if I was finding everything ok and offered to hold my shoes up at the register so I didn’t have to carry a stack of shoes all around the store.

Store will not let you shop unless you wear a mask, exemption or not. You can wear your mask improperly if a customer or employee but will not be served unless you wear a face covering. Another customer lost and prob close to being the next closed business in town. Many seem confused on what their job desctiption is, policing masks is not 1 of them, keep it simple.

6 out of 5 really. I walked out with 3 pairs of shoes that fit despite being a size 13 4E. Staff was incredibly helpful with tracking down the larger shoes

01/05/2022Sign on the door says they closed at 7pm, my grandson and I were there at 6:55pm and they already had the doors locked. I tapped on the window and showed the Hispanic boy that it wasn't 7pm yet. He shook his head a. Needless to say, not coming back.

This place will never have my business again!Me and my girlfriend entered the store and we were asked "Do you guys need masks" which I kindly replied "no thank you" the employee responded "You'll have to put on a mask or leave" I responded "We both have Medical Exemptions" the employee responded "So do I and we still have to wear masks"If your store doesn't want to abide by Washington State Laws and Regulations regarding medical exemptions made by Governor Jay Inslee, instead forcing me with the decision to wear a mask or walk out, I'll happily walk out and bring my business elsewhere! You won't infringe on our Freedom with coercion and earn our Business!
