FedEx Burlington WA is the worst location. I was home and watched the driver pull into my driveway look around in the van for a minute and drive off without delivering my package. Shipping with a random stranger on the road will likely result in the package being more on time, in better condition, and just as easy to get reimbursement from!

Have package from east coast shipping to Burlington, WA. 10 days ago it was listed as arriving in Tacoma, WA. That is about 100 miles away. There is no indication of a departure. Fed ex phone support will not let me talk to an agent. Stuck in a loop that says package is on its way.
