I would give 0 stars if possible. Can’t help but feel as though we have been discriminated against.Rude customer service, no call back or email for counter top quote and when I called to explain the rude women that was “helping me”, I was completely ignored.

Great customer service on both matching tile and carpet purchase. Thank you Kathleen. We really liked that there was not pressure to make an immediate decision. The carpet installation by Todd was phenomenal. We could nor be happier with our purchase.

We knew what product we wanted installed for our new kitchen floor. We had gotten a bid from another company that was slightly less expensive, but what sold us on going with the Flooring Outlet was the knowledge and expertise that our consultant had. We weren't disappointed. The installers came out today. They were friendly, knew what they were doing and got the job done faster than we expected. The floor looks beautiful!

After going to five specialty stores looking for tile for our master bath and walk-in closet, we were so discouraged when we couldn't get the pattern we wanted. Oh, they all carried it, but they would call the supplier and then tell us it was not available, and would not be in stock again for months. At one store, a large chain flooring business, we even paid for the tile only to be told two days later it was not available. We tried all five different colors of the same pattern, nope, not available. Due to Covid delaying manufacturing and delivery, and more people suddenly improving their homes, all building supplies were affected and delayed. We just happened to be driving in another city 40 miles away and saw a small flooring supply store tucked back in a mini mall. It was the Flooring Outlet in Mt. Vernon, Wa. We thought we would check it out since we were there anyway. As we were looking through the myriad of flooring samples I spotted the design and color we had originally picked but was not available. We spoke to the owner, Rick Fazekas, and asked if he could get this tile, 24x24 matte for the floor, 12x24 smooth for the shower walls.. He made a phone call and assured us he could get it to us the following week, but the shower tile was only available in 24x24. Although it would be more work and risk to cut them we decided to go ahead and order. After all, everyone else told us they couldn't get it at all. We made a payment and waited a week. The tile came as scheduled and with a surprise. Rick was able to get us the 12x24" smooth wall tile after all. Yay! So we have the tile we loved, in the sizes we needed, and the most amazing part...it was way cheaper than the large chain store. Bonus, bonus, bonus. Rick was so helpful through the process and when we needed to order additional tiles. It looks so beautiful and I wish I could post a picture of the finished bathroom, but we are waiting still for the countertop, cabinets, and shower doors to be delivered. We highly recommend and will purchase from Rick again.

I needed to match tile that I had purchased 4 years ago. Kathleen worked diligently to find the same tile. Other stores indicated that it was unavailable and offered unacceptable solutions. I appreciated her persistence and the friendly environment of the store.

I highly recommend Flooring Outlet. They were very prompt and professional from beginning to end for my carpet installation. In the beginning, i explained to them my objectives and concerns with certain areas of my house. They listened to what I had to say and provided effective resolutions. The installation went smooth and they did a good and clean job.
