Burlington WA store...5 Stars for the grocery pick up employees, but ZERO Stars for some of the in store workers who exhibit a PATTERN of unprofessional-ism in the form of profiling legitimate paying customers and harassing them by misusing the loss prevention tools. I continue to shop there but it's not for the customer service, it's in spite of the poor nature of it. I had to give a star to be able to post. This is the first time Ive ever posted a Google review but Im so frustrated by the ongoing unprovoked disrespect inside the store and I cant afford a lawyer.

Iv been in and out 30 yrs Fred Myers all over I travel not in one place for many yrs I hv used it to send western union over seas to kids I send to school but here of late they grill and questions u why you are sending money , and just recently I was refused the right to send money to kids in Cambodia even though they are on my western union list ,but the dictator at the time it was to keep me from getting scammed , but let's face it they hv no legal or moral right to question who or what country I send money too , but all in all it was a blessing ,I down loaded the western union app and sent me to the kids ,no question no fee charge , so god bless the tyrant who attacked me and refused to send money , now I send for free and no question ,I will be sure to talk it up at my veterans meeting s now no hassle and it's free ,so now I'm back shopping at haggens and Safeway who has a much better selection of organic and much better snack bar and prepared food,

I enjoy using the pick up option. I've never had a problem with missing or outdated items, and I appreciate that.

Great customer service. Sandwiches are good for fast lunches. Nice people, good prices, convenient pharmacy. What else do I need? Upper it to five stars for free pickup.

Freddy's is a great one-stop shopping experience! They usually have great produce and meats! Along with a wide variety of home goods and clothing!
