A catgirl works here was very pleased to be served by her as she helped me pick out which cat food was the most ideal. She did however have a fixation on the pet aisles but what can you expect! Will be returning next time i visit Burlington, Washington! Highly recommended if you need any feline advice :) PS: She says the manager deserves a nice coffee break for all the hard clicker training i mean work shes been through ^^ - Ellie visiting from Scotland 🩷

I wanted to wait in line and have a cashier complete my purchase. I had produce and alcohol, I didn't want to encounter waiting for an employee to help in self checkout. Apparently the cashier was NOT comfortable with me there. Told me to go to self checkout. I reminded her I didn't want to. She aggressively tells me not to wait and to use self checkout. How is this customer service? I am an adult and can choose where I wait. Horrible service!!

This used to be my favorite haggens now I will travel all the way from Burlington to Mount Vernon to go to my favorite store haggens doesn't matter what town I'm in it's always been my favorite store until now. I feel disgusted with the employees at haggens I understand that theft is a huge problem today as I work as a POS manager in a grocery store local to my town. I'm here doing volunteer work that I do every year for my business and I'm just in shock at how rude the employees are here. I don't know if it was my tattoos or my little dog that made them follow me around the store but I was a paying customer I decided not to buy anything and put all my groceries back where I found them instead of handing a bunch to the grocery clerk at the same time I took the time out and put the groceries away just because I couldn't see myself buying something from a store that is this judgmental and when I asked for something all i received was an attitude and never told and walked away from. it would have been cool if the gentleman's following me around with the haggins uniform on at least asked if I needed help but no you could it was clear as day that I couldn't find something but still never even received a hello very very disappointed. I hope that the Mount Vernon haggens isn't this welcoming because that's where I'll be doing my business as well as any customer I serve too.

Ate at the hot food area yesterday with my husband. Both of us had different choices that had deep fried....maybe
chicken from the ethnic area, and they were HARD! Barely any pressed chicken in the deep fried blobs. What happened to this place. No other customer in the sit down area! It was clean tho.
