If I could give this staff a zero stars, I would. After requesting that they transfer my medication over to them from Walgreens, they said “they were working on it” several different times I called, then told me they had sent the request multiple times with no response from Walgreens and that I would have to call and see what the issue was. This process took over a week. When I called Walgreens, they informed me that no transfer requests were sent by Haggen and that they should have called them directly to have it figured out, but no one called. I went into the Haggen pharmacy and verified my name, birthday and medication that I needed because it was going to expire. The Asian male employee I talked to several times told me that he had “dropped the ball like in a game of tennis” and that I would have to contact Walgreens again, which I did. But after trying for over a week to get my meds, the prescription had expired and I could no longer get the refill. I was very upset and called the Asian male at Haggen that I had previously spoken with and he then informed me that the issue “was above his pay grade.”
They are completely incompetent, rude and take no responsibility for their mistakes. Don’t waste your time at this pharmacy!

The service at Haggen Pharmacy in Burlington, WA is outstanding. I am especially impressed with the staff that administer the vaccines. They are knowledgeable, professional and caring. I recently scheduled a non-standard vaccine for upcoming travel. Celeste, a registered pharmacist at the location, called me in advance to make sure that I was making a fully informed decision. I really appreciated the carefulness of her approach to her job. When receiving the vaccination, everything was right on schedule, and I hardly noticed that she was giving it to me. I highly recommend this pharmacy location for anyone looking for a new option.

Staff never refills prescriptions they just say they are expired but when I contact my doctor and the doctor calls them it's somehow ready for pickup

They closed on New Year’s at 12 in the afternoon with no notice, unable to get my prescription till the next day, they don’t even open till nine would’ve been nice for them to inform people they were going to be closed at noon on New New Year’s Eve

Staff here are not much concerned about customer relations. Asked about prices I've paid for a drug in the past. They had no ability to look anything up .
I thought thats what computers are for.
Then the head pharmacist came out yelling at me. If these are your partner's in health your in trouble.

I went in for a vaginal ph medication. The guy at the pharmacy tried to give me eye drops. I showed him the picture of the exact medicine my doctor recommended and he didn't even look at it and said if it's not with the other eye drops we don't have it.

Please be aware that this pharmacy has demonstrated significant bias and racial discrimination. The pharmacists were not only rude but also made me obtain three different prescriptions from my doctor before finally filling the one I needed. This caused a delay in receiving my medication for over three days. After reviewing their policies, it became clear that the pharmacist deliberately made me return to my doctor's office multiple times, instead of simply prescribing a generic form of my medication. This required me to visit my doctor three separate times to get both brand-name and generic prescriptions. This behavior was highly unprofessional and felt extremely discriminatory and biased. I have never encountered such difficulty in getting a prescription filled before. Based on other reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue at this pharmacy. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, as the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be following up with legal advice and reporting this to the state pharmacy board.

Pharmacists are always helpful and friendly. My prescriptions are filled when they say they will be, and the pharmacist who gives us our vaccine shots is really good at it.

Pharmacy: Very poor quality of professionalism. I briefly waited in line for a doctor ordered inoculation and no one was behind me. When I asked for the inoculation the pharmacy technician said I would have to come back in an hour because her lunch break just started (after the last person left and the 5 seconds it took me to walk to the counter). This was a large inconvenience as I drove 16 miles from home for the inoculation, for that specific and only purpose. Additionally, the other two in the pharmacy department didn’t offer to provide the inoculation. The Pharmacist did not come out. There was no apology for the inconvenience, just a matter of fact statement. This kind of interaction with customers was highly unprofessional.

Beware getting your prescriptions from here. They will not give you the full amount the doctor will prescribe you. My girlfriend was prescribed a full 30 days worth of seizure medication and they only gave her 3 days worth. This has happened multiple times with many of her prescriptions and this is getting ridiculous and negligent.

This place is so freaking ridiculous with there prices ? ? l went to get a small jar of mayo and seriously almost $7 and a pack of cigarettes freaking $15 SMH so freaking ridiculous with their prices... never again !!! I really don't know how this dam store is still freaking open with there freaking ridiculous prices ??

Waited 25 minutes to even be acknowledged. Then 15 more to hear that they could not help me. I am sorry that I inconvenienced you within 45 minutes of your lunch.
