I had a great car buying experience at Skagit Hyundai. Our salesman, Ian, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had the car ready to go upon our arrival and answered all our questions without being too forward. Sarah in the finance department was very kind and communicative too.

I was having a huge problem with my EV, it wouldn't charge and I couldn't get the charging cord out. I called the service department and the technician I spoke with was so NICE and helpful!! And he didn't make me feel stupid when it was a super simple solution. He took time out of his busy day to help me even though I didn't buy the car there. I hope this technician will be recognized for his outstanding service!We have used Skagit Hyundai before and the experience was the same - wonderful!

One of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever experienced. Garry was fantastic as well as Sarah. Got a beautiful SUV for a decent price. I would definitely buy from them again in the future.

Erik is a good service advisor. Was very helpful, and understood transmissions with his lifelong experience in transmission repair. Everybody was very kind and attentive to my Golden Retriever Gideon, making him feel welcome. Reminder: if you're going to get a car rental don't bring your dog. They don't allow pets in the rentals. Hopefully soon Skagit Hyundai will have more loaner cars available.

We brought our car in for recall work. Dustin did a great job of getting us taken care of. We stayed to wait for it and they got the car finished in less time than we expected. The waiting area was very comfortable. All in all, a very good experience for our first time at Skagit Hyundai.

TOP NOTCH DEALERSHIP!!! My husband and I just purchased our second vehicle 1/11/2023. Our first was an Elantra 10 years ago. Never any problems. We went back to buy our Santa Fe Hybrid. First of all, because Hyundai's are fabulous safe vehicles and have excellent warranty. Secondly, the folks at this dealership have treated us so well. From salespeople to finance to service. Both purchase experiences were smooth and fuss free. Couldn't ask for better. Our Sales Associate Chris Russell, gave us full on, personable service. He took care of every detail and made sure we felt comfortable with how to operate everything. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. He was absolutely a delight to work with. He really hustled to get everything done so we could drive it home same day. He followed up a few days later to see how things were going and answer any questions. Great Guy! Also, Hyundai financed us at 0% interest! We are very happy and highly recommend Hyundai and this dealership!

My husband and I had been searching for the right vehicle for him for along time as we drove by Jack Carrol’s one caught our eye’s. We stopped my husband got out to take a look at it and a gentleman by the name of Collin approached him they talked then my husband came back to the car he liked what he saw and heard but we decided to look at a couple more than we stopped along the road and prayed about is this the right one Lord ? We decided for us it was we went back and was met by another gentleman who went back and got Collin because he saw us there earlier . Collin came out and had answers for all our questions we checked out the vehicle and test drove Collin was very informative and made sure we knew how to work all the items in the vehicle. We decided we would see where the process took us , it all went very quick and smooth than we met with David for the final steps another gentleman . I would have to say they all made the process very smooth and easy and you couldn’t ask for nicer people to work with . We are very happy with our purchase and the process it took getting it . We had a great experience test driving and learning about the vehicle we chose. We had a super comprehensive and understandable introduction to a hybrid vehicle before taking it out in the road. Pricing was straightforward. Financing had us in the office, signing paperwork within 30 minutes. Overall 5 stars for everything aspect of service! Thank you to Ian and Sarah, specifically!

The sales process was very smooth. Collin was great to deal with and I highly recommend working with him.Since taking ownership of the car, things have gone downhill rapidly. The car will not charge anywhere near the advertised range and the dealership have washed their hands of the issue and directed me to Hyundai corporate in California.Very disappointed with the after sales ‘support’.

Craig was so helpful with getting paperwork ahead of time that we could since I was coming from far away, and Chris was so lovely and so helpful with the whole process in the dealership and recommended the best breakfast spot for after!

I’m usually not a fan of dealerships, the back and forth and significant length of time the whole process takes to drive away with a new vehicle. Christian and Sarah at Skagit Hyundai, made this process incredibly simple and fast! (Yes I did an app on their website first to start the credit approval, of which Christian walked me through in a jiffy). Once I got there to bring in my trade and finish paperwork, it was quick! I think I was maybe an hour from arrival to leaving with my new car! Thank you so much!

I have been a ? loyal customer at Jack Carroll for years.I bought my 1st new SantaFe from here in 2010, and have bought 2 other cars miving forward.The Sales Dept is great, but Service is even better.Dustin in service is not only a great person, he knows just what he is doing, one customers at a time. He remembers his customers by name and that says a great deal for his customer service skills. Dustin has taken the time to answer questions for me if I've called, not many busy professionals would do that. I won't take my car or business anywhere else!Dustin first brought me into Jack Carroll, when I called, and Dustin is the reason I return.Nothing beats a Hyundai!? ? ? ?

Our car broke down on highway 20 in Anacortes had it towed to the nearest Hyundai dealership in Burlington Wa. No manager available no assistant manager available just Dustin in service. I wasn't sure what to do I told him we had an open ticket with Everett Hyundai he said it didn't matter where we take it to it's all the same. We are double covered by the way. My service person in Everett was on vacation so I didn't know what to do. He told me Everett and Lynwood are sending us their work because they can't get to all the cars they have to service. I don't believe this is true. My husband's sister 95 years old had fell broke her hip and had a possible stroke. And our car had broke down we were frantic trying to get to her. He said I don't have a loaner car for two weeks. We called a rental car agency got a car. I called my dealership and found out Travis had cut his vacation short and was back at work. I explained everything going on and that I wanted it brought to him. He said I have some towing coverage and I would get a brand new car as a loaner for as long as I need it. Back to Dustin at Burlington Hyundai made it hard for me to get my car. Saying "Joy you wanted this and I'm not releasing it without payment to my technician" it wasn't the money it was him questioning why I wanted it towed and telling me he had opened a ticket already. He was rude condescending and belittling. But the time I called my service department in Everett I was in tears. My service tech had his general manager call Dustin and Everett Hyundai paid to get my car out so I could have it towed. I gladly paid $445.00 to have it towed to Everett. In my opinion Dustin's manner was unprofessional and rude I would never use Hyundai Burlington best to go to Everett and be treated with dignity!

I will never do business with skagit hyundai again. I tried several times to call left several messages and finally came in to try and get my Hyundai Kona serviced. Dustin in service was rude, condensending and after doing some research I was also quoted way higher than any of the other Hyundai dealerships. I understand being busy but he has no knack for customer service. I will never do business here again and I was interested in trading my vehicle in locally but I will be happy to drive to other dealerships that will actually appreciate my business.

My 2023 Hyundai Kona was totaled after a 20 mph crash and when I contacted the dealership in regards to my GAP insurance they informed me their lady only turns paper work in at the end of the month so I would have to wait as it was the second of the month. this has caused me to have to make a payment on a car that I no longer have and am now dealing with my lender as they are upset I don't have insurance on a car that has been totaled. when I cal asking for help from Jack Carrol's finance department he just said I have to wait it's not their problem and that it was unreasonable to think they would send in paperwork more then once a month. between the car folding up like a tin can in a very low speed crash and their customer service I would stear clear.
