“I was very pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and great customer service. My first visit was in May if this year, to replace a watch battery. They offered a half price battery replacement, which I was not aware of before I went in.
The next visit was to take in some old jewelry to sell for the gold. I had no idea the price of gold these days! I made an appt to come back with a few more pieces and also have my wedding ring repaired, a necklace shortened and to have some new appraisals.
I worked with Lynel, the manager on all of those visits. She made me feel very valued as a customer.
I appreciated her answering all my questions and also explaining about how the gold is evaluated.
Today I picked up my pieces and am dighted with how beautiful they look now!
