We were researching the Pathfinder and another brand, and we were not yet ready to buy. Jonathan at Nissan was extremely helpful any time I had questions and never once pressured me. The other brand had a manager that was very off putting, which made the decision to go with Nissan even easier.We recently purchased the 2024 Pathfinder and I hate to say this, as it’s never been pleasant before, but it was an amazing buying experience! There was only one car in the state that matched the colors we wanted and they traded for it before we even signed anything or put down a deposit, so that we could be comfortable with the purchase. Jonathan was happy and fun during all of the ‘negotiations’ and has continued to help us after the sale.I would give Jonathan more stars if I could as it was the first car buying experience I’ve ever enjoyed. Highly recommend them and we will be buying from him again!

These guys are my Karmart Nissan Ohana! It’s nice to visit and catch up. I learned their long standing employee who did such a great and careful job washing and vacuuming the cars when they got serviced, retired! I will miss that old guy! He was so humble and sweet and very good to my car! They compensated me by giving me a free car wash coupon to Blue Cow, of which I will take advantage of this week!

Just got my 2019 Frontier. I took it here to get an oil change to start and to establish relations with a local dealer as I'm planning on meticulously maintaining my truck. Luis was very knowledgeable, attentive, and honest. The service was quick and the dealership floor was clean. From what I could see, the shop looked very clean too. I felt confident handing my truck over to them. I even checked to make sure they didn't spill any oil out of the pan, and the undercarriage was nice and clean. Good stuff. They also had cool Nissan/Datsun merch - couldn't resist a hat. I'll be back!

I would advise not to go get any services done at this location. I had brought my 2009 frontier In to get my exhaust replaced, it cost around $8,000 ,they completed the job and it looked great, after about a week my truck started having problems again. So I brought it back in to have them look at it. This time the Cats needed to be replaced! Another $6,000 dollars spent. Well It was working ok for about 2 days but there was a lot of white smoke coming from the exhaust whenever I accelerated, it was also sluggish to get up to speed. I was burning oil off fast, is what I figured. So I brought my truck in a 3rd time , they said this time I needed more work done to the engine. Work done on the Cats and exhaust most likely caused more issues. I was pretty upset and demanded something needed to get done to make this right! $14,000 spent, my truck is ruined and they wanted $5,000 more to fix the engine issue. I decided not to get it done, at which point they stopped being nice and caring. I went In again and asked if there was anything they could do to make this right!!! He told me (Luis) that it was under review and he would get back to me. That was back in March! Still nothing!It kinda sucks because I bought that truck there in 2009 and trusted them with my business. They won’t care if you are disabled veteran also!Videos attached are after I picked up from Nissan Service center in Burlington! 14k worth of work got me this and they haven’t contacted me back to make things right.

I am active duty military and was stationed in Norfolk, VA. I visited Banister Nissan in Chesapeake, VA to get my light cluster fixed and was lied to by their service department and parts manager it couldn’t be fixed, I know racism had a great deal to do with that which was very disgusting. Luis at KarMART Nissan not only assisted me with getting my vehicle fixed, but did it in record time and I paid for some other services that were recommended by Luis to keep my vehicle running. I drove across the entire country with a half illuminated dash light cluster, which affected critical systems. Racism prevented me from getting it fixed in Virginia, common decency and great relationship with KarMART, especially with Luis got it completed and it was by far the best customer service I have ever received from dealership maintenance Dept. Before this most recent experience, Luis had provided the best customer service experience I had ever had. Epitome of Professionalism and has kept me and my family safe to be once again traveling in a reliable and fully operational vehicle.

Got a Transmission Fluid change on a random Thursday. in n out in like an hour and a half, they weren't the kind of shop to always "find" something either. Good customer service, good wait time. Car felt nice after too. Probably gonna bring it back again for some other stuff too.

Untrustworthy, sold car that had bad worn-out brakes, starter needed replacement. The key fop need replacement was keep in shop for weeks. Needed to rent a car till it was fixed. Don't buy from them. Took advantage of a middle age woman who knew nothing about cars. Do t shop there. Lemon nisson rogue. Raw deal!!!

Jonathan was very helpful. He was quick to respond when I made inquiries via phone and text message, and when we showed up to pick up the car, he offered us a test drive and thoroughly explained all the features for us. The after-sale response to my questions was also quick and accurate. We had a very good experience and would definitely recommend the dealership and Jonathan.

The buying experience was very comfortable at KarMART Nissan. Greg Gator was really helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I didn't feel any pressure, but was kept well informed of the entire process. I would highly recommend both KarMART and Greg for your next car purchase.
