The Service Dept st KarMart is the reason I drive 30 miles (from my hometown VW dealer) to get service. Alia and Danielle are the best and took care of me for the six weeks my car was getting fixed. I would give them more stars if I could. The BEST.

Hands down, I will never go anywhere else when I'm looking for a car. Sarah was so incredibly kind. I know I'm kind of a weird and complicated credit case and not once did she make me feel bad or like I had failed. She explained things whenever I had a question and was very understanding about my anxiety. My car is so amazing and the hard work both her and her manager did to get me into it is so beyond appreciated. She literally spent the entire day working on getting me into a car, like I can't overstate how awesome she is and how much I appreciate her.A huge shoutout to Joe as well who walked me through all of my cars functions. At this point I've only driven older cars, so being in a brand new Jetta lowkey makes me feel like I'm in a space ship and I absolutely love it. He took the time and care to make sure I understood everything and answered any questions I had. So much appreciation for him and all of his help.Overall, my experience here was such a positive one. It's one that makes me excited for someday maybe upgrading my car. I genuinely was surprised by just how wonderful this experience was, especially considering my only other dealership experience left me half afraid of ever going to any dealership ever again. Thank you all for everything you did for me, you're all awesome and so appreciated <3

The salesman worked very hard and got us approved on a used car. The car was newly aquired by the dealership and wasnt ready to take home. After be assured the car would go through all the necessary diagnostic testing we bought the car. Upon pick up the car still needed some things taken care of. I was told to call service and make an appointment and several things would be taken care including but not limited to getting key fobs to the car) But to remember it was a used car.One month later still no service appointment and no calls back.

I'm not much of a negative yelp reviewer because of my past experience and work line. BUT here we are. My first visit at the Service Dept was great in the summer time. My second time was when it started going downhill. Everything was good up until my wheels were scuffed from having the tires changed to winter tires. I wouldn't have gotten annoyed if it was owned up and fixed in the first place - before I picked it up. I have sent photos of the wheels to the service advisor, Alia, and she was apologetic at first but not very good at updating me. I had to reach out half of the time. I picked up the vehicle on October 20th, 2023 - sent photos the minute I got home and I had to reset the TPMS myself, not a big deal but I did call her the minute it turned on after I got on I5. I've had this vehicle since day 1. I used to be a writer for VW for about 10 years and I've only resigned due to my health issues - so I know these cars pretty well and I try to keep my ID.4 as scuffless/chipless as much as I can. I've gone a year without any chips, dents, scuffs, and scratches up until beginning of fall. I scuffed one of the wheels and I admitted that to the advisor and she said she would notify the manager. I haven't had the pleasure of dealing with Danielle on this one yet since I wanted the advisor to be my main contact but it's come to a point where I don't feel like they want to fix their mistake anymore. I was also sent home with the wrong multipoint inspection sheet with another client's info. That, I don't mind as much as I can burn it at home but it's the little things that add up. There was also another mistake but it's not worth mentioning as this post is to point out my wheels but want to mention it out for future reference. I could go back to my main dealer in Kirkland to get all of this fixed but it's the principle. I wanted to try Karmart because we've moved and this dealer is closer to me but I might have to just travel for a better service. I will update this review if this issue has been resolved.

It was our first time at Volkswagen and when we walked in we tell it would be a pleasant visit. We were greeted by Sarah and Mark with a warm welcome. We worked with Sarah and she was so easy to work with and we knew she would work for us. She knew her stuff about the vehicle and made our decision to purchase our car. I love my car it is the best car I’ve ever owned. Huge thank you to both Sarah and Mark.

The best vehicle purchasing experience ever! Highly recommend the agent Mark Bos! We pre-ordered a 2024 Atlas with Mark. Mark helped us through the whole process, very clear and easy. Mark followed up with the company as soon as the order can be put into system.After 2-month wait, the car is ready for pick-up, and it takes just 2 hours! No long & usually unnecessary talk with any manager etc. No sell of whatever protection insurance which we will decline if offered. No hidden fees we have to dive into. Purchasing a car with Mark is almost as easy as grocery shopping. We really appreciate it!

My son was dropping his car off to get a key programed the following morning. As he was dropping his car off, the 2 girls there were rude & kept asking "You done", "Hurry up we were off 7 mins ago" "We need to lock the gate hurry it up" I would assume they didn't know that my son wasn't a tow truck driver, he was just using a truck from work and towing his own car to get dropped off for the following morning. They were VERY rude though & even if he was just a tow truck driver, they shouldn't have treated him like that.

The service writer (Linda) was helpful as well as informative. She facilitated a rental car and the experience was virtually seamless. The problem was diagnosed accurately, the repair was made on time. I have had no noticeable residual effects as the problem was corrected. I can trust KarMart VW to do the job right the first time and that's saying a lot these days. By the way, my extended warranty coverage was submitted and covered without a glitch. Good job team!

I had a very positive experience last week working with Linda at the KarMart VW in Burlington. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, communicating optional repairs in addition to the oil change I was in for and also providing a review of my next scheduled service. Since the latter is a 100K service, it was especially helpful to have an early estimate. When I elected to have the optional repairs made, the shuttle driver came immediately and took me over to a shopping center and did not keep me waiting when he picked me up after being notified that the work was completed. Nice work all around!

Purchasing our car from KarMart Volkswagen dealership was a very pleasant experience. Our salesperson Joe took time to answer all of our questions and explain so much of the new technology in our new electric id4. The whole team there was very helpful. As we were heading out the door to drive away in our new iD4 all the other sales team we're at the car to congratulate us on our new purchase as they were giving the car one last wipe down to remove any dust or smudges. Once again a very pleasant experience.

Joevanni is great! Was super nice, listened to my needs and wants in a car and budgeting. Helped walk me through everything! Honestly a great experience, he was super patient and worked with my schedule! Overall just a great place to go if your looking for a new car :)

Love the car. Sales person Mark Bos was not pushy and explained all the advantages and features of the car. Smooth buying procedure. Mark made sure the car was in pristine shape when I picked it up and went over most of the function of the car again for me. First time buyer of an electric car. Already have recommended KarMart VW and Mark to my family and friends.

I called the Dealership to ask about their inventory and see if they had the car my partner and I had in mind.Mark Bos picked up the phone and answered all of my questions about the vehicle and sent us the pictures of the car so we can see more photos other than the ones on their website.We drove from Bellevue to Burlington to take a look at the car. Mark was absolutely knowledgeable about the company’s vehicles and taught us so much about this brand.His energy and enthusiastic personality made us feel comfortable and even more confident about the car we wanted to get and we happily purchased it right away.If you are looking for a Volkswagen but not sure what is right for you, call the store and have Mark tell you about the options and cons and pros of the vehicle.We were truly lucky to be able to meet you and have your guidance.Once again we thank you so much Mark for an amazing experience we had with you and the time you spent to make sure we are happy with our purchase.

I have been treated very well by Doug Stigman and Mark Bos at the Burlington WA KarMART. I ordered the car approximately 1.5 years ago and yes it finally arrived. However, at some point, the color I ordered was swapped out for a different color without my knowledge. Doug found the color I had ordered and had it trucked to WA. My first car was a VW bug in 1972. It was royal blue. I wanted the blue version ID.4 as maybe this will be my last car. I also had a yellow square back. I skied (downhill) all over WA and ID in that car!
