Do not open a account here no matter what happens they will always put ur account into the negatives and blame it on ur YouTube or Netflix auto pays that makes it go under zero and ends up charging me $400 of over draft fees I only have 4 subscriptions that ask for permission they don't just auto pay them selfs I asked the lady to stop charging my account when it hits zero and she said it will charge my account no matter what. I have lost at least $3000 from the last 3 years with this bank I'm absolutely done wells Fargo had a whole plan on how to stop things like that from happening wells Fargo said when my account hits zero it will no longer keep changing my account and make it go below zero. This bank is like a snake they smile in ur face with there fingers crossed behind there back ,they laugh and cry with you but stab u in the back as soon as u turn around this bank is horrible and I'm surprised no one has burned it to the ground

I had a horrible experience!!! I was the only customer in the entire store yet I still had to wait 11 minutes before I was able to receive any help Even despite the several employees on the floor

I waited 5 to 7 days for my card to come while starting an account online, after being told by the online service that I would receive it in 5 to 7 days. It did not come. When I got to the branch in Burlington, Lacey had told me that they did not send my card until the Monday before the Wednesday I was expecting to receive it, and when I met with her manager Heidi oh, she told me that they may have not even sent my card. She seems totally unaware of what was going on. I would not recommend this place. They have been holding onto my money since I started the account online. It does not matter when the money is due to arrive into my account, they are breaking so many boundaries and Trust by keeping my money from me. I do not suggest trusting them to give you your funds right away once you start an account. Be prepared have money set aside or you'll be like me suffering waiting for Key Bank to come through.then I had to wait another 2 weeks just for my card to come in the mail, and to be told that my funds are not available due to an acceptable form of verification of address. I'm willing to give this company another chance but from what I've experienced so far I do not recommend this company if you're trying to access your funds as soon as you open your account online

I am in a group chat with 20 plus co-workers. When it has comes to receiving money from pandemic-related funding I am always the last person, by days, to get my money. Of those 20 co-workers only myself and one other person uses Key Bank and we are always the last to receive our money. I'm wondering if they hold our money to collect interest... fast forward to this most recent $1400 stimulus check, AGAIN , in a group chat with 20 other co workers who have all gotten their checks, except for myself and one other person who use Key Bank.

Dussela at the Burlington branch was so helpful. She looked to see if the hold for my check could be less than 5 days since it was a new account, she was then able to lessen it to 2 days. So then my funds were available on Monday. Everyone is super nice and they help in anyway possible. Thank you !

This bank is horrible. I had an appointment with “my banker†but she wasn't available when I came to our preset appointment because she went to lunch. This is the first time I have ever had anyone do this.

I recently opened an account and put in the minimum amount so that KeyBank would not charge me a monthly service fee. I received a paper statement 2 months later and they charged me a $3 paper statement fee. This put me below the minimum so now they can charge me a $4 monthly maintenance fee. I went in to close the account and they charged me a $25 early closure fee. If you love to pay fees this is a great bank.
