Although there was a few minor complications with what another customer needed and something wasn't working correctly, Miss Ellenise, (sorry if I butchered the spelling or heard you wrong), worked through the issue, and didn't get flustered when something didn't work. Both of the ladies in the store were very helpful, polite, and seemed to enjoy your work. Coming from someone who has begun traveling a lot recently? It was excellent customer service with a smile from both ladies. You don't see that much anymore, Cricket Wireless, these two need a raise, don't overlook employees like them. If you do?
