“I'm giving five stars based on the fact that they did what they said they would do. They are friendly however the lack of communication is kinda frustrating. I had a problem with the original screen replacement so they had to do a warranty replacement. The problem came with the lack of availability with my screen. Waiting on shipping and availability but then come to find out they shipped the wrong screen. Tried several times to call and text but had to stop in to get some details. The workmanship is on par and I would recommend them to anyone, just pack some patience if you do encounter a problem.”
“Went into the mount Vernon Washington location to get help trying to switch back to previous prepaid cell service and the guys were so helpful and got me on a monthly affordable contract until I can upgrade to the cell I want S26 ultra helped with a new screen protector and seriously the guys were amazing. They rock and I appreciate them so much whole thing maybe 15 minutes in and out best service with a carrier ever. Glad I went back to Verizon.”
