“Huge thanks to Chris and Melody at uBreakiFix for a genuinely delightful experience. Melody handled the front counter and made the logistics incredibly seamless. It was literally as easy as walking in, dropping off my device, and picking it up later. Chris was my tech and did fantastic work behind the scenes. Both of them were incredibly pleasant and professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this team if you need a fast, hassle-free repair.”

“I ordered two of the Desert Night Dog Collars cause i needed breakaway collars for boarding and love how they look on my dobermans. The colors look more vibrant than on the website. The mediums are huge but there's plenty of slack either way you need to go when sizing them up.”

“I forgot to get her name, but there was a girl with lots of piercings who helped me out and she was amazing. I was having an absolutely horrible day with my phone situation and she did everything she could possibly think of to try to help me. Even though she wasn’t capable of fixing my specific problem at a retail store level, she was very knowledgeable, gave me a lot of pointers, and knew to send me to the corporate location, which ultimately solved the problem. Her attitude during the whole interaction was a really bright spot in a really long day, even though I kept her busy all the way to close. Thank you :)”

“I lost my phone on Wednesday night and went to the store at 9am sharp when Cindy was able to go far and beyond in helping me with my dilema. Knowing that I was nervous and pissed about my situation she not only calmed me the F down and promised me she would handle the matter to the best of her ability Cindy delivered with extreme patience and professionalism. ATT and that store in particular should be very proud in have a co-worker/ employee like her.. I walked out 10 times happier than I ever thought I would be.”
