I made an appointment for 1:30pm a week ago so that I would have an efficient pedicure appointment. I sat with my feet soaking for over 45 minutes before someone came to give me a pedicure. I asked them to skip the lotion, massage, and hot stones because I didn’t have time now. I was still charged full price ($55). This was supposed to be a relaxing appointment, but it was stressful because it took an hour and a half for the bare minimum and previously it has taken an hour or less.

Charlie gave me this gorgeous red acrylic set, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The salon is truly a gem with a clean, professional atmosphere centered around guest comfort. The decor was classy, the vibes immaculate. I will definitely be coming back soon!

Tina has cared for my “toes” (pedicure) for a couple of years. She is so sweet- and thorough. One pesky toe has a tendency to get ingrown and Tina keeps it in check! Thanks!

Had my nails done, one fell off 6 days later. Tried to make an appointment to get it fixed they said I had to walk in and they don’t make appointments for repairs. Walked in, the girl that came up was instantly rude. Asked me who did my nails and I said I wasn’t sure she didn’t tell me her name, but that the color white she used was “wedding dress”. She tells me she “doesn’t know the names” and I need to know the number and it’s my responsibility to help them. She pulls out a white and says well this is what I have and idk who did your nails so what do you want to do. I said ok can we just try a couple and see what works? She does my nail, doesn’t smooth it out and leaves a huge hump on the nail, and says you’re done bye. I tried to pay and she said no you’re fine. Hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon and I’ve been getting my nails done in this valley for almost 20 years.

Went in to get my toe fixed that was smudged. Went in twice and declined to fix. Extremely rude and short. Not professional, never would recommend.

So nice, I had a very nice time. Very clean, attentive and friendly. I gave them each a nice tip. One lady, Anh Yêu Em did my pedicure and another lady took care of my hands. Looking good.

I booked and appointment and arrived to ask for ombré nails (simple nude to pink tips) - upon arrival I was told I could get one color on every nail or I could leave.. that’s what they told me. Extremely rude and lazy, been here twice and will never go back. Absolutely awful!
