Upon my first conversation via the telephone with Travis I was immediately confident that he knew what he was doing, and he represented his dealership well. I’m one of those crazies who search the entire nation for a car that could meet my requirements. Well…I found the car at Pacific Coast Auto Center up in the beautiful Pacific Northwest town of Burlington, Washington.The transaction was quite easy over the phone, and of course we did the back and forth dance, but I was always made to feel like I was the leader lol! I then put a deposit down with my credit card, and wired the balance a few days later without hesitation as a level of trust was instilled by Travis.
Within a few days I decided when I was going to fly up to Burlington, Washington to pick the car up. Got to Burlington and completed the deal without as much as a hiccup! It couldn’t have been more pleasant to say the least, as everyone at the dealership I had contact with was sweet and kind, the coffee was hot, and the facility was very well maintained. Would I buy and or recommend a car from Pacific Coast Auto Center, and drive 19 hours and 8 Minutes back to California…without hesitation I would. Thanks again, it was a great experience!

Dustin was exceptional! (The whole team is great.) Had no problem helping figure out a couple of hiccups, and we came out with a fabulous truck that exceeded our expectations. Friendly, reliable, honest, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend seeing them first.

I just got a used truck from Pacific Coast Auto Center and the experience was amazing. A clean and comfortable environment, no pressure sales team, just an all around great experience. I got a used truck that was in pristine condition. Travis was more than pleasant to work with. He is knowledgeable about the inventory and is excellent at making you feel comfortable and at ease. Thanks Travis for a great experience !!! I wouldn’t think twice about getting another vehicle from them.

Pacific Coast Auto Center provides excellent customer service and outstanding support throughout the sale. From my first inquiry to the final handshake, Dustin was exceptional. Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable, he made the entire process smooth.
While there in person, the office was open and welcoming and the entire facility was very clean. I never felt any pressure and my options were clearly explained.
I would recommend PCAC to anyone and will not hesitate to look there again for my next vehicle.

An all-around wonderful buying experience. Dustin took good care of me from the go and was up-front with information about my used truck. Because of the year I wasnt initially able to afford the warranty (a fantastic 4yr/60k platinum warranty, which if you've ever purchased a used truck before, is GOLD) and still get the lowest rate, but they put in some leg work and got the rate extended to a longer term loan. I'm very happy with the experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for stress free vehicle purchase.
