“We go to Costco 2-3 times a month. Have never had a rude employee or really any negative experience. We buy food there, and eye glasses, cell phones, tv, speakers and pretty much anything we can. We even get some of our prescriptions filled there and we get flu shots etc. too. One exception to the "no rude employees" - one of the guys who give shots is really rude. But we love Costco, no complaints here.”

They were understaffed, and I was trying to get my passport photo taken luckily enough this was the fourth place I tried to go to to receive said passport photos and because they were understaffed they had to close the passport photo area but luckily enough after explaining my situation to one of the best employees there she took it upon herself to make sure that I was able to get said photos and her name is Thelma and she absolutely deserves to be running that store or at least give that lady raise, she must absolutely deserve it! Thelma thank you for you help that day!”
