placed an online order for 5 small plumbing parts. 2 hours later, I called to see if they could tell me when the order would be ready. they said it would be ready in 45 minutes and to head to the store. it's now been 2 hours since the phone call, the order STILL isn't ready, even though my card was charged, and the attitude from the customer service desk person is amazingly hostile and RUDE.

Worst place to use for a kitchen remodel. Its been a year sense they started the remodel and haven't finished. A lot of the things that where ordered where either damaged or not correct. Needless to say the cabinets are damaged. The intallers damaged the freshly painted walls, the light switch and the laminate flooring installed is covered in glue also no sink because the plumber can't put it together due to the counters not been done. Believe me they've been contacted several times and all they do is go back and forth via email and never have a solution nor do thwy have any information on when they will have things finished. They where payed in full and wont even refund our money or oder new items to replace the damaged things. Please be very careful when contracting them for any type of remodels.

Came to purchase a new front door 4-23-2022 11:45am the horrible customer service we received at the windows and doors counter was crazy we asked about having Home Depot install the door the women stayed it would be $500 plus labor plus parts for a door that cost $350 WTF Home Depot she didn't check anything when we asked if she was sure about the cost. Obviously we declined cause that's ridiculous price. When we asked for assistance with the door she said you need to get it yourself. just such bad customer service.and before all the she was Complaining about her manager to another coworker

I understand that stores are having problems getting staff but you are losing customers . when you have to wait on hold and then when finally someone answers the phone they are too busy to take my order. I had a hard time with the web page.
you need to hire more people . if you are having problems keeping staff perhaps pay more. I'll be going to Lowe's

This place absolutely sucks! A forklift driver made me wait over 30 minutes to load. Then proceeded to crash into my truck and ruin my canopy because the spotter they had wouldn’t pay attention. Then they wouldn’t do anything to offer compensation as well as stiffed me on materials I paid for in full!!!! Absolutely disgusted with this place!

The manager LIED to me on the phone. An ALARMING amount of customers aren’t wearing masks and he said they are offering them. THEY’RE NOT. I was in the store for an hour and NOT ONE EMPLOYEE offered anyone a face covering, especially at the door. I’ll be calling their home office in Mableton, Georgia. +1 (770) 433-8211 to complain to the powers that be.

Was so pleased this morning when I asked two associates of a particular workbench was available unassembled - not only did they have all the information for that question, they went onto show me all the cool features of the bench. And, after all that, helped me load the huge shelves I was buying!!

We bought a washer and dryer from Home Depot and they delivered the wrong the washer, they were very apologetic and said the right washer would be here in 2 weeks. After several phone calls trying to coordinate delivery of the right machine my husband finally loaded up the mistake and went and picked up our machine. it's STILL the wrong machine and now they are telling us the one we bought is not available! They are obviously trying to force a washer on us that we did not buy and do not want!!! I will NEVER EVER buy an appliance from them again!!!

My grandparents in their 70s and 80s hired a man from Burlington home depot to install a screen door. The man who came to do it was swearing and was rude to my grandpa. He also installed the door wrong, the track sticks up 2" and is a trip hazard. I have tripped on it 3 times today when I came to visit. It is a dangerous trip hazard and has been 4 days. My grandpa called and asked for it to be fixed and home depot has done nothing. People can get injured on this. I'm very upset. Today is Thanksgiving amd there will be a lot of company. Someone could get hurt. This company doesn't care.

Horrible customer service. Went in to get door handles, the last box for the handle I needed was pushed way back and was unreachable. The guy in the department saw me walking up to him for help, answered his cell phone. started talking to someone and walked away. I waited a second, he’s still on the phone a couple minutes later, ignoring me and turning where he’s not facing me. I went to the windows department to ask if there was someone who could help, he pointed at the guy on his phone and says he can help you, then sits down and ignores me when I tell him he’s on his cell phone. After ten minutes of no help I sent my 2 year old to crawl across the shelf while I held his feet to get the box.
