My truck is still there like I said I had to search for the injectors at Midway Ford Truck Center in Kansas City. My appointment was for June 23. I brought the truck in June 5. They diagnosed it on June 7. They didn't order the parts until the day of my appointment and then told me they were back ordered. I found the parts at Midway truck center. They got them in last week sometime, but have put me out until August. Some of these recent reviews look like they were written by Bots. STILL WAITING!Personally, I think they should move my truck up to the first place. Beings I had a prior appointment.

Made an online appointment. For brake service and engine light service needed light constantly on. They accepted my appointment and the type of service request online. When I arrived in the morning Aiden told me this. "Sorry we can only do oil changes today." I said "I made a bigger service request online other than an oil change". He said."oh, yeah, you see our online reservations don't work, funny right?" "It takes your full service reservation, but actually we only do oil changes". I was floored! I took off from work to get service done. Made proper online reservations specifying the work needed. Drive down to the dealer service dept. only to be arrogantly told I can only do an oil change!!! Do NOT go to this dealer for service, unless you just want an oil change!

Absolutely awful service department. Do not stand behind their product or advocate for the customer. Diagnostic fees are outrageous. Shop hourly rate is terrible. Will not answer phone calls or return voicemails. Front desk staff is flippant and unhelpful. Avoid.

In response to buying a new car during our Stay At Home order: Michael, I usually find buying cars a stressful thing and I haven't felt that this time. Perhaps since I'm an introvert, and my husband is even more of one than me, this "hands-off" purchase has been kind of nice. I also feel like your asking price is fair so I didn't need to try to haggle with a deal. Now if only I could have my new car!

I was told I had so many oil leaks my car needed fixed immediately and this could only be done by taking out and resealing my entire system for $4,800. Took to another service station. The leak was a single leak, and simply that Ford had not screwed my oil filter on tight. The mechanic used words like shady, criminal, and deceitful and said he'd never seen a filter put on so loose. And that doesn't include leaving off my coolant cap which caused me to overheat at night in the pitch dark and cold just off the freeway as well as leaving a greasy mechanics rag on my engine which was possibly close to catching fire.

I went in for an oil change.. they went above and beyond to check everything, rotate my tires & even washed my car! I was impressed! Will definitely be taking my FORD back to this dealership for all my oil changes. The guys were super friendly with all my questions and very informative!

Really disappointed. Had an appointment to get an oil change and I was 17 minutes late, I drive 45 minutes to get there. No other cars in front of me and when I got the young mans attention that I was there. He informed me that I missed my appointment and they wouldn't be able to get to my vehicle and I'd have to leave it for the entire day. I work out if my truck and that's just not an option. So don't be late for your appointment.
