4th day of no gas, didn't come by yesterday when you had an opportunity to, now there's more snow on the ground, guess it's more nights freezing then! Nice to know their customer service falls apart when you really need them, coldest week we've had in decades and I'm being lied to every day about delivery.

I know everything is crazy for these guys with the colder weather and COVID, but the customer service we received was not too great. We bought a new home, and the tank was left nearly empty by the previous owners. We called for propane as quickly as we could after moving in, and were put on emergency fill status. After waiting a week we called again to see about our delivery of propane (which we had pre-paid nearly $2K for) and were told again that they would get to us when they could. After a few more days of waiting and watching our tank drop to empty and our heating system shut down, we called again and were still not given a definite timeframe for delivery. Out of desperation we called a competitor company, and they were able to deliver propane the next day. Therefore we had to cancel our Skagit Farmers order - which they were happy to refund but it will take several weeks of processing to return our money. SEVERAL WEEKS!? So we have to pay a large amount of cash up front for propane, then wait for 10 days with no delivery, then wait another few weeks for a refund? Come on Skagit Farmers... we think you could do better.

Anyone who complains about the service and prices of Farmer's Propane needs to try doing business with a dishonest company like Northern Energy. These guys would fill our tanks and bill us over $4 per gallon for the propane. Complaining to the front office only reduced the bill to $3 per gallon. Highway robbery! Farmer's have been thoroughly impressive from the very start. Tank installations were prompt and reasonable. Propane service has been timely and prices as expected. This company is honest, reliable and customer friendly.

Was using Suburban propane prior to Skagit farmers supply, and Suburbans prices were literally criminal. Almost 4 dollars a gallon. We switched to Skagit farmers supply, and have been nothing but impressed with delivery, and prices. They are literally half of what Suburbans was. Our heat pump went out this winter, and Skagit farmers supply was out the next day to fill our tanks. Great customer service great prices would highly recommend Skagit farmers supply.

Bought a house with a 25 year old leaky tank. The service technician was called and showed me the leaks on all of the valves. The technician called for a tank replacement. This tank has had to be refilled very often. I am only in the house 7 months out of the year but gone through 1,500 gal of propane. The general office said there was no leak on the tank that was taken away so I can't see the gauges to substantiate my claim. They offered to reduce the price per gallon of my last fill by $0.10 to make up for lost gas. Not a company I recommend doing business with. Their stores seem nice and I enjoy picking up dog food there but I believe I will look elsewhere and start shopping other propane dealers as well.

Forgot to check our levels before a snow storm was supposed to hit. Noticed we were almost empty and they came out within the hour to make sure we had heat to get us through the storm. Could have been miserable due to my mistake but they saved the day.

We had our boat refueled while having work done on it in Latitude Marine boatyard in La Conner. Kudos to Patrick and Eddie for telling us of this service. My hats are off to Matt and Ryan, of Skagit Farmers Supply, they couldn't have been more helpful.Ryan went beyond just refueling; he made sure all was done correctly and he helped with the additives for us, and it has given me peace of mind knowing we now have plenty of diesel for summer cruising.Thank you, thank you.PS - and the price per gallon of diesel was a real bonus!
