“Blew a tire on a Sunday and new Year's Eve. Came in around 3:30, and although the staff were all given permission to leave early for the holiday, they stayed to replace the tire on not just the one wheel, but all four, and did so in roughly 45 minutes, with proper balancing and airing of the wheels and securing the wheel nuts properly. I do work on my car myself so I can tighten the lug nuts again for their 100 mile (I believe) check up but they made sure to issue the reminder and maintained a positive life saver. I made it to the ferry on time to get my friend back home for the holidays, all because of their help. They even put the spare back in the trunk under the lid even though my trunk had stuff in it, all without disturbing my items or complaining. I'll be here again for my other vehicles :)”
“I went in to get my tire fixed. It was beyond repair but Shawn was very helpful and nice and I asked them to put my spare on. After 5 minutes Ricky came in to the lobby and informed me they were going to put a tire on and only asked that when I buy tires to come to them. No problem.
