We did an online order utilizing their drive up/ pick up service and it worked out great. Order was correct, they were very prompt in bringing it out and the gal that helped me load everything was very kind. If you have any Home Depot shopping to do, I recommend the drive up option because it makes it a breeze!

Ordered 5 doors to be installed. The vendor who comes out to measure lost our order to come out. Then when the did come out, the store said they couldn't see the measurements (even though the vendor said they would be visible in 3-4 hours from when the came to measure them). After waiting 5 days I spoke again with the store door specialist who said they still were not in. I found this odd and called on of the HD virtual specialist who found them right away and placed my order. Then when we got the doors, 3 of the 5 had major dings in the wood. One had orange scuffs from the cart so who knows if they came that way from the factory or were damaged while they were brought up to the front. The installer graciously communicated the damage to the store and said they would be sending out new doors. After waiting 10 days I called to check the status. The store said they did not place the order and would be contacting the vendor that day. I called for an update the next day and they still had not called the door vendor. I have spoke with managers and tried to resolve this before leaving a review. At this point, I feel the public should know to not deal with this location if you wish to receive and kind of customer service. At no time I have even received an apology. Just a "we will get back to you", which they never do.

Company is ridiculous for their tool policy when it comes to contractors weird time is money and I got people standing around waiting to get their stuff because somebody decided to leave their assigned area to unlock tools and furthermore not everybody is a thief and needs to have your tools hand walk to the front and held in someone else's hand while you scan it and then they put it in your car because nobody trust you enough to even pay for it figure out a better process or lose my Business

I ordered four windows through this Home Depot back in April of 2022 that were supposed to be installed in August 2022. I was contacted the day prior to be told one of the windows wasn't in and if I would be ok to reschedule. I told them that was fine with me. I asked for a new ETA on the windows and ended up paying for them in full during that same conversation because we had plans coming up to go out of town. I was instructed to call back in a week for an ETA. From August until January I had to call weekly asking for a status of our windows that I paid $5000 for and was ghosted over and over again. Finally, in January of 2023 they came out to install the windows but one of them was the wrong size. Luckily, we had ordered a larger window and the smaller one that came in fit. However, we were charged a fee to cut the wall into a bigger size and charged for a bigger window. The team who came and installed the window said to make sure we were reimbursed for the services not rendered and the difference in window size. So... I have been back to calling daily asking for refund. I have been met constantly with a lack of empathy- the Home Depot team going as far to insinuate I am lying about the windows. I have given them the name of the window installation company and the gentleman who installed the window who confirmed my story and even submitted a document explaining that the wrong size window was received and what is owed to us. I was finally told almost 2 weeks ago I would receive a refund via a gift card and that was all they are willing to do, and that they would contact me last week with the details. I have not received a call. I gave them a few days and am back to calling daily. It is absolutely horrendous the way we have been treated. I started this process almost a year ago and was told our windows would be installed before the winter (the winds were for my kids rooms which get very cold because the windows are ancient) and now, a year later, we are still battling this process. All I have ever asked for is to be reimbursed for a service that I didn't receive (the cutting of my wall- an egress charge) and the difference for the size of window. I had plans to order another round of windows this year from them along with a screen door and new backdoor, but I will NEVER order from them again after this is finished. I have been so disappointed.

We bought a washer and dryer set in September. The dryer stopped heating up at the end of December. I called the Home Depot where we made the purchase. The woman who took my call was unhelpful, not even bothering to look up the order. She just said, "We do not fix things here, call the manufacturer.". She repeated this multiple times. While this may be standard procedure, I felt they could be decent: step up; do the right thing, and exchange the dryer for one that worked. Be sure to read what you are signing. They will not help you in the event something goes wrong.I never have left a review, but I felt exceptionally frustrated and unheard. We need to purchase other appliances, but we will go elsewhere. I would not even buy paint here after this experience.

Paid for our cabinets in September (over $20,000) They arrived in our living room in January, where they sat for 3 months, floor to ceiling till they were installed in March. 4 cabinets were ordered wrong, no apology or here's what we can do. Just excuses. We ended up building rolling shelves and the missing shelves ourselves. They had use of our $$ for that long and it was a hassle from day one.....I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THEIR SERVICES! The pantry cabinet that is 6" narrower than on all our plans is a daily reminder.

Worst place to use for a kitchen remodel. Its been a year sense they started the remodel and haven't finished. A lot of the things that where ordered where either damaged or not correct. Needless to say the cabinets are damaged. The intallers damaged the freshly painted walls, the light switch and the laminate flooring installed is covered in glue also no sink because the plumber can't put it together due to the counters not been done. Believe me they've been contacted several times and all they do is go back and forth via email and never have a solution nor do thwy have any information on when they will have things finished. They where payed in full and wont even refund our money or oder new items to replace the damaged things. Please be very careful when contracting them for any type of remodels.

I was at home depot in Burlington today getting some gardening supplies like I have many times before, and they refused my money! I tried paying cash and the cashier denied my cash because the bill was older,(circa 1966) so I wasn't able able get my gardening supplies. I don't understand why my hard earned money was denied when I've never had a problem before today. I'll be hesitant the next time I go in that store I don't want that embarrassing thing to happen again, they will, loose a customer then.

Came to purchase a new front door 4-23-2022 11:45am the horrible customer service we received at the windows and doors counter was crazy we asked about having Home Depot install the door the women stayed it would be $500 plus labor plus parts for a door that cost $350 WTF Home Depot she didn't check anything when we asked if she was sure about the cost. Obviously we declined cause that's ridiculous price. When we asked for assistance with the door she said you need to get it yourself. just such bad customer service.and before all the she was Complaining about her manager to another coworker

This place absolutely sucks! A forklift driver made me wait over 30 minutes to load. Then proceeded to crash into my truck and ruin my canopy because the spotter they had wouldn’t pay attention. Then they wouldn’t do anything to offer compensation as well as stiffed me on materials I paid for in full!!!! Absolutely disgusted with this place!

The store itself and the products they have are great, but lord Jesus the staff needs help lol. I went in trying to find some painting coveralls and I got blank stares from 5 employees in a row.I looked online and knew this particular store had them, but couldn’t find one person to help me find where they were lol.When I got to the right section i asked the lady behind the counter, and she insisted they didn’t have any. Then I saw 5ft away there was an entire shelf full of them.When I brought them up to the lady, she swore up and down I was wrong and that “oh those aren’t coveralls” even though the package said “heavy duty coveralls” and was exactly what I was looking for. It was wild lol.

The manager LIED to me on the phone. An ALARMING amount of customers aren’t wearing masks and he said they are offering them. THEY’RE NOT. I was in the store for an hour and NOT ONE EMPLOYEE offered anyone a face covering, especially at the door. I’ll be calling their home office in Mableton, Georgia.

Was so pleased this morning when I asked two associates of a particular workbench was available unassembled - not only did they have all the information for that question, they went onto show me all the cool features of the bench. And, after all that, helped me load the huge shelves I was buying!!

I like this store is they have many professional representatives give out valuable consultation and help.July 28 2021, I visited this store, when I looking for wood putty, one staff bring me all the way to the aisle, introduce different products, helped me to make a right decision to make purchasing. When I looking for a black pipe, two guys did the same thing, helped me to pick up the right one ( one name Den).A supervisor in lumber department helped me to cut the plastic tie and check out, Lisa too.Josh help me to load the lumbers in the hot day.My heartfelt thanks to all the representatives helping me. You are the best.
