Setup appt to have a new ECM installed and programed. Scheduled at 1030 for a 1.5 hour appt. I removed it myself to double check the part number previously. Took about 30 mins off, and 20 to get back on.I dropped off my truck 45 mins early. Went shopping, came back when it was supposed to be done. Had to wait 4 hours AFTER my appointment time. I called left messages, didn't get any response. Needless to say the frozen foods I bought were thawed into one big bag of wasted food. When asked, the service person said "we're short-handed today". I guess my time off work (more money lost) doesn't really bother them.Once I got the bill, they charged me for hazmat (which there wasn't any), and "shop supplies" (IE Scam) whatever that's supposed to mean. Overcharging customers with hidden fees that don't apply. What a scam this fraudulant dealership is.Will never use them again to buy a vehicle, nor get one repaired.

I'm interested in purchasing either a 4runner or Tacoma new or lightly used. So I stopped in, walked the lot then entered the building where I walked end to end taking time to view the old Lancruisers. Not one employee made eye contact with me or spoke to me. two were seated at desks on their computers. I'm as solid a buyer as you get with impeccable financials. I suppose Icould have requested help, and certainly don't like to be hounded, but a simple "hello, can we help you today?" would have been appreciated. Unfortunately this seems to be the new America where service is a rare occurrence. I left and won't return.

If I could 6 stars I would. My 08 Sienna had a healthy power steering leak out of rack and pinion and the PS pump. I had planned a trip out of town for the Labor Day weekend, found out Wed prior of the leak. Arranged w Les Schwab to have work done, they balked, called Jon Evans on Thursday, they took care of the repair, new pump, new OEM reman rack, aligned, and air filter for less than the independent quotes. That is not a normal scenario. Van drives great, no more leaks, and OEM parts, fluids, and service. By far the best dealership service experience I have ever had, Jon and the team saved my Labor Day weekend! Thanks Jon and Team!

My recent experience with Foothills Toyota has left me disappointed and frustrated. Three weeks ago, on 08/05 (Saturday), I requested that my deposit be refunded due to the lack of inventory for the car I wanted. Unfortunately, this process was far from smooth. A sales rep named Stacey said that she'd initiate that process on Monday 08/07 since that's when the finance people come in. Additionally, she quoted me 3-5 business days. Five business days later, on 08/11, I reached out to Foothills to see my refund status. Kris said that my refund was filed and "should go through sometime next week if not today."Fast forward to today 08/21, I gave a call to their sales manager Brandon inquiring about my deposit refund status to which he sent back a receipt saying that my refund was initiated TODAY, 08/21, RATHER THAN THE INITIAL 08/06 DATE AGREED UPON.The handling of this situation raises concerns about the dealership's professionalism and ability to meet commitments. The delay is frustrating, as it demonstrates a disregard for customers' time and trust. Miscommunication and misinformation from the sales team only added to the frustration, further eroding my confidence in their abilities. This experience has led me to question the integrity of the dealership. Timeliness and honoring agreements are fundamental to any business and it's disheartening to see such a lack of attention to these aspects at Foothills Toyota. While the sales representatives were initially responsive, the consistent failure to deliver on their commitments overshadows my positive interactions with them. This situation shows the need for improved communication, transparency and a better understanding of the impact such delays can have on consumer experiences. In closing, not only will I NEVER do business with this dealership again, but I will also make it a point to share my disappointing experience with my family, friends and anyone who asks for recommendations.

We recently brought our car in for maintenance, but on the way over on the ferry we discovered when running the fan that there was a rodent nest in the system. The staff at Foothills Toyota went out of their way to take care of the problem for us, even though it was VERY short notice. They saw to it that the rodent nest was cleaned out and we were able to make it back to the ferry on time! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Several months back, i helped my dad purchase a vehicle from Foothills Toyota. He was trading in his 2013 Prius for a newer Lexus that Foothills had for sale. It was dad's desire to start shopping for a car at Foothills, as he had purchased his Prius new from them, and had dealt with salesman ********************* (whom was still working there). It was my first experience with that, and I wanted to be there helping my dad as he was recovering from the loss of my mom a few months before. ***** handled dad with great care and complete integrity. The trade values were acceptable, the Lexus price was fair, and **** in financing was spot on with exact numbers and no up sales. I can see why dad wanted to go back to Foothills again. Everyone I encountered during the process, from salesman to finance was exceptional. I would recommend anyone looking for a Toyota or used Lexus to stop ** and see ***** or *****. The ****** family has really maintained the values of doing business with integrity and honesty. It is worth the trip to Burlington, **********. Sincerely, ********** (******) Raptes

I am very disappointed with the service department with their dishonesty in recommending products that don't need to be done. A brand new truck does not need a new engine filter. My wife has a 4Runner and the dealership is always recommending a new engine filter on every visit for her vehicle ...even if I replaced the engine filter. My truck had an issue with low tire pressure. Service dept due to a tiny nail. Foothills Toyota said the tire could not be repaired and recommended I buy a $250 tire. I took the truck to a tire place and they repaired the tire at no cost. Tire place was shocked Foothills Toyota recommended a new tire!!!!I HAVE ZERO TRUST in Foothills Toyota. They just want to price gouge the customer for unnecessary items.

I wouldn't do any business with this dealership, there is no sense of customer service. We came into the service department and every Toyota dealership we've been to come up to the car and helps us. We waited in the car while they all were on there phones not paying attention to what's going on. I get out of the car and ask do we just sit here and wait for you guy or are we suppose to go to the counter. A service guy comes up and says we can help you here we were talking and on our phones. I know some dealerships come to the car. I said no worries and said I was just wondering what we're suppose to do. Then as we were waiting a older gentleman walks up with a lady and says he's here for service and rolls her eyes as if it was disturbing her to be helping the customer. I proceed to go inside to go look at the vehicles and the only sales person that asked if we needed help was after we walked around the lot and came inside he never got up from his seat. This place is outstandingly unprofessional. I have family who work for toyota and I am shocked that the manager of this place creates an uninviting environment. This will be the last time I come here for any kind of service.

Tried to talk to someone about buying a car, they won't sell out of state. I have family who lives in state willing to purchase the car for me, they told me that they wouldn't sell the car. Not really where you want to go to purchase a vehicle if you're looking for people who are willing to work with you.

I have to say, I've had very good experiences with Foothills Toyota. We've purchased a couple of used vehicles from them and both transactions went smoothly. Their sales staff are helpful and friendly, their service and parts departments are fast and efficient. They've held up their end of the deal in correcting minor issues with our vehicles, prior to purchasing. I'd buy another vehicle from them.

This is one train wreck of a dealership. Called on a 2023 4runner and initially put a deposit down on that--- they charged "on accident" 3 times to the same card, all which were denied because they were entering the wrong zip code ! But rather then verify the zip, the reps just keep running the card until my card is maxed out . Long story short after 2-3 weeks of waiting on this car to arrive, they tell me to fill out a credit app online. I then fill out the credit app, and they inform me they never received it, turns out it was expired when they sent it to me . Great . So I fill out the credit app again, and this time the manager calls to ask if I have a WA license, as if living in another state is illegal. I happen to have places in 3 different states, AZ, KS and WA. The original sales rep knew all of this information and proceeded with the deposit process from the start. But after 4 weeks of nonsense from this dealer, showing nothing but complete ignorance throughout the process, stringing me along, they eventually tell me, "Sorry Sir, you don't have a WA ID , so we cannot sell you this car that you put a deposit on. Truly terrible and preventable experience with this dealer and a MAJOR waste of my time. Avoid at all costs and find one that treats people the same across the board, and sells at MSRP. This dealer jacks the prices from MSRP, leads people on, takes deposits and then refuses to sell the car, wow. There are much better options out there.
