“The staff here went above and beyond for us! We were supposed to pick up a moving truck in oak harbor and the day before I got a call saying they did not having any at that location. They told me I could pick one up at this location. Long story short the truck we were supposed to pick up was not available. The staff here worked very hard to get us a truck and did so many other things to make the situation right. I had lost faith in Uhaul until the staff here went so far above and beyond. “A huge "Thank You" to Joy for all her help through the years. I have stored my Class A RV for over five years and because of the help from Joy I always felt my rig was safe and secure. We also rented a larger unit to store our car while out in our RV. Always top notch. Frequently Joy would see me leaving with the RV and she would open the gate for me so I did not have to get out and punch in the code. An extra little help that was much appreciated. Thank you.”
