Very friendly and professional, provided exceptional service. The neighbors driveway is kinda odd, industrial area. Also and the driveway is long and narrow. Park on the side of building lots of construction activities in the immediate area.

They did not refund me for unused boxes and counter agent was rude. Find someone other that U-Haul for your moving needs.

THE WORST BUSINESS EVER....They have no structure whatsoever HAVE RENTED TWICE IN THE LAST 4 WEEKS AND NO KEY HAD TO WAIT 2 HRS BEFORE ANYONE SHOWED UP...RENTED A 26FT WAS GIVEN A 20FTRENTED AND HAD CONFIRMATION FOR ONE CITY WAS PLACED 45 MILES OUT FOR THE PICK UP....THE NUMBER AVAILABLE IS A JOKE NO ONE ANSWERS.....YOUR BETTER TO RELY ON FRIENDS OR ANOTHER COMPANY....
