“Upon my first conversation via the telephone with Travis I was immediately confident that he knew what he was doing, and he represented his dealership well. I’m one of those crazies who search the entire nation for a car that could meet my requirements. Well…I found the car at Pacific Coast Auto Center up in the beautiful Pacific Northwest town of Burlington, Washington.The transaction was quite easy over the phone, and of course we did the back and forth dance, but I was always made to feel like I was the leader lol! I then put a deposit down with my credit card, and wired the balance a few days later without hesitation as a level of trust was instilled by Travis.
Within a few days I decided when I was going to fly up to Burlington, Washington to pick the car up. Got to Burlington and completed the deal without as much as a hiccup! It couldn’t have been more pleasant to say the least, as everyone at the dealership I had contact with was sweet and kind, the coffee was hot, and the facility was very well maintained. Would I buy and or recommend a car from Pacific Coast Auto Center, and drive 19 hours and 8 Minutes back to California…without hesitation I would. Thanks again, it was a great experience!”
