This United States Postal Service location is very busy, especially during peak times like the week before Christmas. The staff is consistently described as super nice, friendly, helpful, and providing great service. Customers report being helped right away and greeted with a smile. However, parking can be difficult, and the location is not wheelchair accessible. It has only two wheelchair parking spots, one very far away, and two heavy doors. For wheelchair users, a different post office is recommended.
Love the Burlington post office. Have never gone in and seen a long line, or had a rude worker.

Went at lunchtime a week before Xmas. It was very busy but the staff got everyone through very quickly, and they were super nice and friendly! Great service.

Make sure you go at a not-so-busy time because you may not find a parking spot. DEFINITELY NOT A WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE PLACE!! 2 wheelchair spots. One wheelchair spot is very far away. 2 doors that are heavy. RECOMMENDED if you have wheelchair, Bow Post Office, one door, parking close to building.
