Went in to buy a watch and add it to my account. The turned me away saying it was appointment only. The store was completely empty with 3 staff members just standing there.

I felt a sense of RACISM I have not felt since I was a child at this store....
I went into the store due to my phone being down...I have been with Verizon since 2000 and used the Burlington store since 2003. The manager Chris made me feel a sense of racism I have not felt since I was a child ...he irritated me when he said that maybe this store was not for me and I should find another...I was the only black man in the store and that hit hard...I decided not to leave due to the fact that he pointed to the door as if I was a dog and said go. I figured my phone out and called my wife...my wife said to get his name. I approached Chris and asked for his name. I asked if he had a last name and he told me that he was the only manager in the store with that name. Chris told me to have a blessed day to which I stated that I was not religious...Chris stated that he was sorry that I wasn't...I said that this was the most racist encounter that I have had in many years...all I would like is an apology and assurance that others will not be subject to treatment I endured.

Went in last month & my plan was changed and was told that hotspot was included in my plan and I saw a $10 charge for each of my lines. Never going back in.

Dillon was amazing. He answered all of my ridiculous question and was very knowledgeable. I'll definitely make sure he's working next i need to come into the store!

I have been a long time customer of Verizon, recently I have decided to upgrade my phone and my wife’s phone, I brought in the old phones, the Verizon guy told me that there is a promotion going on and that I can get a very good price for my old devices towards my trade in, I purchased two new devices, sometime later I decided to switch to a different carrier and that’s when the problems started, I started getting emails from Verizon that I owe them X-amount of money, I started to look into it and turns out that apparently there was an agreement that I was unaware of that for 36 months I could not leave Verizon because I did the trade in. Verizon basically said give us your new phones back and we will give you back your old devices and we are clear, I mean really??. I think that’s a trashy thing to do on Verizon’s end in order to keep their customers they bind you in a contract. I will be fighting this until they cancel this contract for me. Beware when dealing with Verizon that these sly foxes can throw a curve ball at you and bind you in a contract. They prey on excited customers who want a new device and throw in these stupid terms and conditions that enslave you and force you to be there customer.. this is how I’m being treated for being a loyal customer for many years??? Verizon I honestly thought you guys were better than that…there is nothing Verizon is willing to do to help me with this situation, their only response is to come back to Verizon and be their slave again. I don’t think so

Great service by Hailee! Cannot say enough great things about her. We came into the store after having a terrible experience with AT&T the day before. She made everything so smooth and was not pushy at all. I wish every sales person was like her. Our bill came to what we needed monthly, got two new phones and one of our phones that we owed on being paid off. Go see her and switch to Verizon!

Verizon is so dishonest and deceptive with their promotions. I was misled into a 36-month commitment with them. Now I'm responsible for paying $900 before I can get away from Verizon. Once I have settled this unexpected debt with them, I will never do business with them again.
Be warned, always, always read the fine print and ask for them to be transparent about the hidden fees and commitments. I was not diligent enough and now I literally have to pay the price for it. I do not recommend this location or doing business with Verizon in general.

Such an easy process getting my phone. From the gentleman who greeted me at the door to Melissa, my customer service rep, my visit exceeded my expectations. Melissa answered all of my questions and helped me pick out the right phone and accessories. She transferred all my data and quickly completed my new phone setup. I appreciated Melissa’s knowledge, efficiency, and friendly service. Highly recommend this Verizon store.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Absolutely the rudest, most unhelpful associates I have ever come across at any phone store from any company, in my life. They refused to help me, coped MAJOR attitude, and I had to leave to avoid exploding which has never happened to me in my life. I know what it's like to work customer service so I'm pretty understanding. There was zero effort, zero attempt at even pretending to care, and then she essentially tried to pick a fight with me. Unbelievable. Never go to this store, with service like this, they have no business even being open...they are absolutely useless and incredibly disrespectful for no reason. I will be calling corporate to try and fix my issue, and I will specifically mention this store and how horrible they were when I call. It's been almost a month of driving from store to store, calling customer service, and patiently doing everything I'm told to do to switch over to t mobile, and at every turn, verizon screws it up. I'm DONE.

I think everybody knows about the customer service of this company, Untrustworthy cell phone company that loves to overcharge , Don't waste your money or time !
