Great customer service and very nice people, I went to the store because someone stole my phone and they helped sent up my claim and much more. I recommend anybody to come to this Verizon store. Thank y’all ones again

This place gives offers that the VERIZON company does not honor; This is really sad and frustrating because this company(Verizon)wants to get just the customers, no matter what offer still available and/or what offer you qualify for.Staff is very respectful and friendly, and some of the representatives do their best to get customers, but in the end, the main company excused her offers and did not honor them. Verizon is not the same as a few years ago. In some places, here at Skagit and Bellingham, there is a poor reception. Or not reception at all these areas.

Terrible and very rude. Verizon hasn't gotten my bill right in over a year and I have to spend 5-10 hours a month on the phone with customer service because they keep turning off my services even though I have paid my every month way before the due date.

The best cellular service hands down.,,.and the in store customer service is excellent, but wow - watch out. Equipment plans that aren’t mine end up on my bills - that’s a nightmare to untangle. My bill is $300/mo when per instore analysis says it should be around $100. AND they sent me a faulty data router that chalked up $2000 of data charged from my house when no one there. And it was not hijacked. I was billed the equivalent of 12 computers streaming 24/7 for a month! I am a retired senior citizen and my usage is minimal. They made me pay. The story goes on. Tread carefully with constant review of bills.

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The only reason I am using this company is because there is no one else that can provide wireless Internet service to the area where my business is located. As it is, this is been one horrible experience after another. The product rarely worksFive days out of the month it works properlyI sure do you get billed fully , howeverEvery single time I call to try and get this fixed I get put through four different specialist five different verifications in an hour long phone call that does not resolve anythingIf you have any option at all to not do business with this company — you should choose such.I cannot say enough bad things about this , these people, this experience… if this is what America is coming to… disgusting.-5 stars

Was helped by a woman named Christine both yesterday and today and she was incredibly helpful and polite. She was able to sort out a billing issue we had come across with my new apple watch in a matter of minutes.

Terrible service anymore. Extremely high cost for poor everything. Verizon has gone downhill. We have been with them for 25 +years, they used to be at the top, not anymore.

We're sad we renewed our four phone contract because of their high service fees in addition to steep monthly charges. Purchased the iphone 14 via Verizon over the phone. Only concern was transferring info from our phones. Was told the local store could help (left out the $29.95 per phone fee). Verizon had a second opportunity to disclose fees when the in-store appointment was made. Nope! Manager Stella was even given the option of splitting the undisclosed fees with me and refused. For over five years we've paid Verizon about $300 a month---sure feels like Stella should have met us half-way.BTW, after I refused to be fee robbed (once home) it took less than 10 minutes to transfer both phones. Handsome profit at 60 bucks for 10 minutes time. This Verizon fee works out to $180 per hour. Googled what brain surgeons make---$103 per hour. Rocket scientists average $53 per hour. It doesn't take a rocket scientist nor a brain surgeon to decide not to do business with Verizon in the future. When our contract's up we're moving to T-Mobile.

Ok I have some horror stories about Verizon and I’m not kidding some really bad ones. I left Verizon and ended up many many years later having to come back I was scared! Not knowing what would come of it. To be strait I bad mouthed Verizon for years because of what happened. This store though… I wow, I’m proud to be back! They put every fear to ease, corrected every issue I had and was just amazing. The best experience I’ve had in years! Dillion your so innovative, Steven (big guy lots of tats) your so knowledgeable and the manager (I wish I could remember her name) pretty much read my mind. My wife and I walked in and she pretty much resolved my issues with only a few words on my part! Freaking mind reader!I’ll be back anytime I have issues. Thank you!!! You all turned my negative feeling to Verizon around and definitely have created some customer loyalty.

Went in for a simple screen replacement, was told I have to go through the claims process online. After trying in store for 15 minutes to access the claim site that wants to send a code to my broken phone for access and receiving zero help from the associates there I just left. Filed the claim stating the screen was cracked and I needed to get a replacement screen, big surprise they want to send me a whole new phone and instead of paying 29$ for a screen replacement I pay 130$ for a phone deductible. Guess I'll go to one of these "electronic repair" places instead of the company I actually got the phone from if I ever need something as simple as a screen replacement in the future. Ignore the 1-star on the review as there was no option for 0.

Had the absolute WORST customer service experience I have ever had with the manager at this store. Offered absolutely no help other than to go home and call customer service myself and was so horribly rude in the process. They suck.

If I could negative stars I would!! Go to the store down the road by Safeway!! Save yourself the stress! This place was so unprofessional I was shocked and appalled. I was 2nd in the virtual cue. 2 of the associates finished up and went in the back room, they didn’t come out for 30 minutes. The lady in front of me got helped, I was next in line. They kid came out looked at me and went to another lady who came in 15 minutes after me. I had been waiting 45 minutes now. I thought he would ask her name and see she was after me, no he started to help her, I went over and explained she was there after me and he goes, “oh it will just take 30 seconds to help her , I’ll be right with you”, naturally I am upset about this, why give your name if you are not going to helped in order? He was helping her for at least 10 minutes, I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was and he couldn’t help me because he was watching the door. I told them this was the worst service I had received and went to the Verizon store a mile away. They got me right in and didn’t have the phone I wanted, the store manager drove 45 minutes away to get the phone for me!! So nice! Don’t go to this branch, go to the one by Safeway!!

They did a great job during a busy time to handle my problem.
