“The staff is incredible. My older dog has trauma and is very afraid of strangers. Banfield staff has been more than accommodating to us by having us in the room with our pup during exams. I'll stand over my pup and hug him while the nurse gives him treats so the doctor can do their work. I am so grateful to have such a compassionate team providing my best friend with the support he needs. Both of my older dogs are on the special care plan, and it has saved us thousands of dollars. If you are looking for a new vet, please visit them. Attached below is a pic of my handsome boy at his last visit. He needed to be sedated for his x-ray, and the doctor let me sit in an exam room with him while he slowly passed out.
