“Sep 25 2025 Update!! Still love these gals ! Brandy was extremely helpful and reassuring my husky K-mart is usually very very anxious the staff have really helped him feel more comfortable with each visit we went in for his neuter appointment yesterday 9/25 they called me with reminders up until the day prior check in was quick and easy Brandy was very thorough going through all the pre appointment questions and easing my anxious fur mama heart most everything was covered in his wellness plan and all the stuff that wasn’t I get a discount with the plan so that’s a bonus my boi is a bit of a light weight so it took him a little longer to wake up so Brandy monitored him and gave me a call a 1.5 hrs before he would be ready (I live an hour away so this was extremely helpful) she walked me through all his meds when to give them and all the steps to help ensure he makes a safe and quick recovery Aug 27 2025 Let me just say the staff at Banfield in Burlington are amazing!! As a professional groomer and avid dog lover I love to see the way the staff really uphold the fear free standards! I have a very fearful Husky pup who I have been working on getting socialized and we all know trying to create positive experiences at the vet is hard enough. These guys really do all they can to make K-mart feel comfortable. We’ve been there I think a total of 4 times now and every single visit has been nothing but positive energy. To top it all off the wellness plan that Banfield offers is fantastic. I get unlimited office visits, vaccinations, flea & tick prevention and a discount on all medications he might need like whattt so awesome plus I was able to add a neuter package to the plan and get him scheduled for that. All that for the same price I was quoted for his neuter at multiple vets near by (1200 ??) plus it’s split up into monthly payments so it really makes it affordable to take care of your pup !!”

“We have been taking our dogs here for at least 10 years. The Vets aren't pushy and only provide services you are OK with. They also let you know costs before treatment. They are also super knowledgeable about whats going on with your dogs. Our dog had a recent infection on her nose and paw that was treated and improved within a day of seeing the Vet. Highly recommended for Dogs. Can't speak on other pets. We have chickens and ducks and will reach out to them before going anywhere else.”

He is always friendly, willing to answer questions non-defensively, listens to my concerns and addresses them, and functionally has good skills. He offered me additional services (which I declined) and his price was affordable. I'm so happy with his work on my show buck! I will be back.”

“Kayleen is just an amazing vet. She's so good with cats! She caught Grey's cancer based on me saying she hadn't pooped in a few days and was slightly less hungry. She took an xray and found fluid surrounding her lungs😞 She found a specialist and called them and got them to see us that exact same day. Then she helped me throughout the entire process, and even did the leg work of calling other cancer specialists to see Grey. I was a complete mess during this time, so it really helped. She even called me every week just to check and make sure I was doing okay🥺 I've never met such a compassionate person in my life. Grey passed away June 2nd 2022 unfortunately it was just one of those devestating things that couldn't be helped. But I feel like I did everything I possibly could for her, and the fact that I'm still leaving a 5 star review says everything about the outstanding care I received. I just brought my other 2 girls Berli and Sasha in for checkups, worm meds and shots and they both did great. Kayleen always takes plenty of time to talk with me and answer any questions and I never feel rushed. The prices are super reasonable as well. If you're looking for somewhere to take your cats where they will be treated gently and expertly, come here. Thank you so much Kayleen for being so amazing!!! Edit 7/27/26: Still feel the exact same I love everyone who works here. My momma kitty Berli has since passed😢 again it was just one of those thing, it happened very suddenly (within a day) I had to take her to the emergency vet. My baby Sasha is still with me, I love her more than anything, and over a year ago she was diagnosed with diabetes. (I noticed her just chugging water one day and brought her in, yup diabetic) Well she is still here with me and doing so good!!! I honestly didn't think she would make it to my next birthday, but that was in May and she's still healthy! She went about a year on Senvelgo oral diabetes meds, but her body stopped tolerating it and she started throwing up and getting dehydrated. There was a moment where they thought she might also have cancer like her sister but now I don't believe that's the case, just a very empty stomach. We switched to insulin shots twice a day, and it was stressful at first but as usual Kayleen was so patient and kind, and explained everything to me! (I almost always cry at the vet and my brain stops working, I asked her to explain like I'm 5 lol...and she did😆) Now I'm used to giving Sasha her shots, and she is doing really well! She still eats lots, loves her diabetic friendly treats, hunts her little toy mice every night and loves to be petted. Thank God for this vets office, every day with my girl is a gift. And I will always remember what they did for me when Grey was ill. Thank you guys🩷”

“My husband and I LOVE Dr. Bell. He has been taking care of our small dog, Elsa, for some time now and we can't sing his praises enough. Our little pup has her share of medical issues including trouble with allergies, seizures and Cushing's. Dr. Bell is always there to help us out with the best treatment options for her and always goes above and beyond to make sure her comfort is prioritized. Dr. Bell is super chill, highly knowledgeable and very friendly and he always puts us and our pup at ease. We highly recommend both him and the clinic in general. We've always had such kind treatment from the front desk team. They always show such care. We've also seen Dr. Huffman for our aging dog, Gus, who has since passed and she was genuinely compassionate and patient and helped us so much while we were trying to figure out the best path forward for him. Your furry friends will be well cared for by Dr. Bell or Dr. Huffman and the front desk team at North Cascade Veterinary Hospital. Definitely recommend!”

“They were incredibly kind and patient and attentive. I didn't feel rushed or dismissed with any of my 7 million questions. They were all great. The worst place to end up in the middle of the night on vacation but I don't think I could have ended up anywhere better. I'm really not sure why there are so many negative reviews about the cost. I felt it was more than reasonable. and as far as wait times... it's a 24 hour emergency clinic they are as quick as they can be.”

Get there before the van arrival time or you'll be waiting a while as it's first come, first served. They do shut off the line early if they get a lot of pets as they need to allow time to get to their next stop.”
