They do not submit refill requests but will make it look like they have. Do not trust these people with your health. They could easily endanger it.

The day I went to Walgreens. They were understaffed, and I was trying to get my passport photo taken luckily enough this was the fourth place I tried to go to to receive said passport photos and because they were understaffed they had to close the passport photo area but luckily enough after explaining my situation to one of the best employees there she took it upon herself to make sure that I was able to get said photos and her name is Thelma and she absolutely deserves to be running that store or at least give that lady raise, she must absolutely deserve it! Thelma thank you for you help that day!

Walgreens as a store is dependable and their people so far have been great. The Pharmacy on the other hand is from Mars as far as Walgreens is concerned. The pharmacy in my opinion is the worst I've ever encountered. From the front line service to the Pharmasist! Zero stars!!! This was the straw that broke the camels back. After many failures with the pharmacy, this one takes the cake. I'm a diabetic and my medication is life dependent, of course this is important to me. They could care less and they have this who cares attitude, it is what it is. The pharmacist today in her own words told me to take a hike, go someplace else if you don't like it. Again the store is aces with me, but the pharmacy is useless in my book and from the reviews I've been reading on here, I'm not the only one that thinks so.

This place gets no stars!! I had to put one so my post would posted. Horrible customer service on the phone from the pharmacy department . As a business maybe it's time to just close your doors to your pharmacy if you can't pay people more money or hirer a person with some common sense to answer your phones to provide good customer service.

Call the store before going there and was told by pharmacy Tech Zack, appointments were not required for Flu shots get to the store and they bold face lied to me saying they are required. What gives the store is a bunch of lying cheats. Don't go there go to Safeway they take walk-ins for the flu shots.

I've been using the pharmacy for a while and usually they're helpful but lately every time I go they're never open (despite their phone # and website saying otherwise). Kinda hard to pick up a prescription if there's never anybody there...very frustrating.

So mad! Waited more than half an hour in line because I was boxed in. Finally make it to the window and none of our medications that were supposed to be done were done. Both my husband and myself had called in our meds days earlier. They said it would be another fifteen minutes as they hadn't started on them. Gonna be shopping around for a new pharmacy. No apologies from them when I told her I had already been waiting for more than half an hour. She just nodded her head.

Dealing with pharmacies and insurance is never a fun experience, especially as I age. I have recently had a couple hiccups with my insurance covering meds and the use of those seemingly phony coupons we can get online. Most of the staff there has been unable to resolve the issues, leaving me hanging out with no meds or an extortionary cost. One great employee there, Courtney, has dug into my problem twice and saved the day. She probably has no idea how life changing her service is to a confused older person, I can't thank her enough. I can't give the place 5 stars because other than her, the service is pretty vanilla.

This Walgreens is pretty standard. I was running low on a prescription while out of town and ordered my prescription to be refilled here. The quickest turn around time the app could give me was two hours, which was just a hair longer than I predicted we'd be at lunch. However, after just an hour, I got a text/call from Walgreens advising it was ready. The pharmacy cashier was helpful in updating my Walgreens account since they've made some recent changes with it. Overall, this Walgreens did what I needed it to. My script was filled quickly and the employees were friendly enough. No complaints!

Went in to purchase facemasks. The showed me where they were. I noticed they were made in China and asked if they had any made in the USA, and she said no. I said they really should look into that, and another woman employee quickly inserted, "That's corporate!" I said that I know that I can't be the only one that feels that way and if enough people complain and pass it on you you employees and you pass it on then maybe they'll get the message. Crickets. The next 10 minutes were spent with the cashier trying to figure out how to ring it up and made two price mistakes that had to be corrected. In the meantime I'm now late for work. Ended up saying just forget it and walked out without any. This was not my first poor experience there, but was enough to get me to write this.

I dropped off a very detailed, very concise, typed request for Rx to be transferred on 12-31-20. I checked my account of one of the pharmacies to see if the Rx had been transferred, for 3 days and they were not? I called Walgreens and spoke to someone in the Pharmacy and was told that they did not have my request, and the phone was disconnected. I called back and talked to a different Pharmacy staff member and told that she had found my request and told that it was being saved for them to refill. Three days later!!!!This is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! A customer should not have to wait 3 days to have Rx transferred and filled!!!!!!!!!! I will not have any Rx filed at this Walgreen's in the future!!!!!!!
